Established in 2004.

In 2004, Matt Brown and Peter Cossio joined forces to form Hudson Realty Group, a specialty sales and marketing group within Halstead Property’s Metro NJ real estate office. Modeled after a boutique real estate firm, we offer clients the best of both worlds: personalized service and global brand name recognition. Hudson Realty Group is a closely integrated team of accomplished realtors offering superior marketing exposure, highly personalized service and exceptional knowledge of the Hoboken and Jersey City real estate markets. Our expertise encompasses all property types; brownstones, condos, lofts and new developments.

Peter’s reputation for honesty and integrity are fundamental to his philosophy, he is dedicated to understanding the needs of his clients and providing them with insight into the fast changing real estate market. He prides himself in serving his clients with the utmost respect, care and professionalism. Peter grew up around the real estate industry, his parents have owned and operated a full service real estate company in Chicago for over 20 years. After moving to NYC, Peter worked producing television commercials for 10 years before turning to Real estate on a full time basis in 2002. He has been a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence since 2003. Peter, his wife and 2 children currently reside in uptown Hoboken.

I recently closed on a condo in Hoboken a couple months ago. Matt Brown of the Hudson Realty Group was beyond helpful. This was a first time homeowner scenario and Matt was extremely patient and insightful with any and all questions through the process. I highly recommend Matt, great guy and well knowledgeable.

I would absolutely recommend Hudson Realty Group and Peter Cossio to anyone looking to buy or rent in Hoboken. My wife and I just recently purchased a condo in Hoboken and am very satisfied with the professionalism, competence, honesty and humor that Peter provided.

My experience with Hudson Realty Group/​Halstead Property, and Peter Cossio has always been a pleasure. His commitment, competence, and honesty make the process of buying property painless. HRG is extremely helpful when it comes down to showing property; for example, Peter really takes note of what his clients are looking for, and intuitively shows them fitting choices. I always feel comfortable asking him questions about the process and trust that he’ll put me on the right path.
And if you happen to be moving from out-​of-​town, Peter’s knowledge of the community he serves is amazing. From the best shoe-​repair guy, to the best restaurants… just ask & he won’t steer you wrong.

Ask for Lindsey Brown as she’s simply the best!!!
After a horrendous experience with one realtor who was recommended by a friend, I found Lindsey randomly by using google. I was pretty distrustful at first but after having worked with her for the last 9 months, she’s the only person I’d ever recommend and trust with real estate. If I could, I’d make her my accountant, lawyer, psychologist and everything else in between. She is patient, knowledgable, detailed and most importantly, responsive and follows through.
I really don’t know how I would have gotten through this real estate nightmare I’m in up to this point without her. Even it the deal falls apart, I’m grateful I had Lindsey as my realtor.
