Best practice in the area. Dr. Islam is amazing. He is all about common sense approach to getting his patients feeling better. A very good doctor and a super nice guy. The entire staff at their 3 locations are all highly respectful and helpful. Highly recommended.

Went to their Edgewater NJ location with a rash in my armpits and scared shitless. The physician’s assistant, who I was skeptical of, diagnosed me correctly and am now on the road to recovery. They are fast, thorough and courteous. On the return visit Dr. Lee was also courteous and professional. Like most medical professionals they are not very happy when you tell them you «Googled it» for the obvious reasons — so suggest staying away from this unless you are research-​OCD like me!

Dr. Ulloque and his entire team provided quick, compassionate and efficient care for an unknown medical issue. Through a few tests and references for further tests, it was apparent they wanted to get to the bottom of the unknown issue. Would highly recommend utilizing their service if the need arises.

Been there twice, both times minimal wait and the doctor is extremely nice and takes his time with you. This is my go to from now on.

Came in with no appointment and was seen quickly. The Dr. genuinely cared and listened to what I was saying. Did not feel like he was rushing me put of the office at all. I actually prefer this place to my regular Dr.

I received swift attention, a thorough exam and actually found a trip to the doctor’s a pleasant experience. The staff and doctor were accommodating, communicative, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Islam has a great sense of humor, which makes an inherently unpleasant trip to urgent care, surprisingly good.
Hoboken street parking can be a bear, but I found close parking during both visits.

Dr. Islam was great. I only waited about 15 – 20 minutes to be seen (there was about 3 people ahead of me when I arrived). I would highly recommend this location. I live in Jersey City and would go out of my way again for quality and fast service I recieved at PromptMD.

Excellent. I was up all night with an earache, got there early and got great care. Exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely go there again.

Great place! No appointment and only waited about 20 minutes. The whole staff is very friendly and Dr. Islam is very nice and attentive. I got excellent care and will definitely go back if I’m sick again.

The nurse at the counter is so rude and disrespectful, don’t go there if you don’t want to get even worser when you are already in pain!!!

Was in and out in less than an hour. Clean office and nice staff. Dr. Islam was also attentive and provided me with the right prescription to get me back on the road to recovery.

Had an amazing experience here today. Had to wait about thirty minutes but it was clearly because the doctor was being just as attentive with his other patients as he was with me. Dr. Islam is great and I will definitely be returning here next time I am feeling sick.

Still the best in town. This time i needed a tripple vaccine bc of a new goddaughter that was born and to get in to my GP was a month and a half. They took care of me in 12 minutes and Christine is the best needlesmith ever. would highly recommend

Not only have I utilized many other urgent care centers, I am also in a profession that allows me to know when I am getting quality medical care without the provider necessarily knowing who or what I am. These people really care about you, it’s not about the money. They will spend all the time and resources it takes to help you.
Dr. Islam is very kind and sociable and knows how to treat you as a PERSON. Not a customer, but a person first, then as a patient. I felt very comfortable in his presence, and at some point even forgot I was speaking to a doctor. He makes you feel like you are family.
The staff seems happy to work there, and the whole process seems so fluid and efficient. They just started taking my insurance, so It seems they are expanding in this area to make it more convenient for all patients.
I have utilized this place for various simple issues and have referred friends with more serious problems, all of which were addressed in the most appropriate and professional manor, and it seemed they knew what they were talking about in my visits.
The facility is very clean, modern, safe, and WARM. It’s renovated nicely.
I haven’t ever waited more than 10 minutes. In two instances, I was seen and examined by 2 separate medical personal — very thorough.
Dr. Islam would even call me personally a few days after each visit I’ve had to give me results or just to see how I was doing. Who the heck does that anymore?
I really would not go anywhere else — stay away from those other impersonal money churning machines disguised as urgent care centers where the doctors don’t even introduce themselves and their credentials!

In and out. I had a bad case of tonsillitis pop up over night and found this urgent care on Unilocal.I had no idea what I was in for. I do not have insurance, but that was not a problem. I was diagnosed and given a prescription within and hour.
Couldn’t have asked for a better process as I was feverish and not able to stay out long.
Great for what it is — urgent care.

I’ll keep this brief… fast and quick medical care = poor results. 3 issues in the past 7 months
Issue 1: had poison ivy and was given oral steroids… was told I should see improvement in a few days… did not and went to dermatologist… turned out the dosage wasn’t close to strong enough for my case of poison ivy… wasted 4 days of recovery while the rash continued to spread through blood stream.
Issue 2: had a sinus infection… was prescribed medication… was told it should clear up in a few days… never did… had to make appointment with family care doctor and was told this wasn’t the right prescription for the infection…
Issue 3: flu like symptoms (pneumonia is also very similar)…doctor listened to chest with stethoscope and diagnosed with flu… given Tamiflu… was told should see improvement in 2 days… called back and told them I still had fever… instructed to give it another day… day 3 no improvement… went to ER and got chest xray… had pneumonia… lost 3 days of recovery… the pneumonia should have been picked up from stethoscope examination… that’s rudimentary medical school stuff.
Amateur hour at Prompt MD… lost my business.

Dislocated my shoulder 1pm Saturday, walked in, and I was in getting xrays done by 215pm. If I had gone to Hoboken MC I would’ve sat for hours. Staff was prompt and attentive.
Dr. Islam could’ve simply prescribed me pain killers to hold me over until Monday where I’d need a device or orthopedist to reduce the dislocation; instead, he made a few calls to his colleagues for a better approach. Fast forward to 330pm, my shoulder is now reduced, in a sling, and I’m on my way home.
Kudos to the x-​ray tech who looks like Amanda Seyfried. She skillfully made the process as considerate and painless as possible.

Very kind staff from the front desk folks, to the nurses, to the doctors. It is very easy to walk in and see someone which is great news when thinking about this kind of place.
It was a bit strange that the doctor diagnosed me without really checking me out (I saw Dr. Jani), but I guess my symptoms were classic enough for what was going on that he didn’t need much time with me, this is what yielded the 4 stars instead of 5. I guess that’s how they keep wait times down?
I think the kindest thing they did was call 2 days after my appointment just to see how I was doing, what other doctor does that?
Nice to see some human compassion in the medical world. If you have an issue, I definitely recommend going. They also seem to take most insurance providers.

I saw Dr. Islam after I was having some pretty scary symptoms post delivery, and he was EXCELLENT. He was very attentive and concerned. He didn’t talk down to me, and wanted to look into every possible cause. He literally got me in to see a specialist the SAME DAY, right after leaving the urgent care who was able to preform tests that day. The facility is clean and has x-​Ray capability. They also have much better hours than a traditional doctor’s office, and take most major insurances. I highly recommend Prompt MD, specifically Dr. Islam.
