Although the other people at this company seem nice, the girl/​secretary at the front is straight up rude. Tried to come in here a couple times but each time her attitude and face turns me off. They should really hire someone more pleasant and genuine to greet perspective home buyers.

This is by far the worst realty place in all of Hoboken & if they’re your maintenance company run away as fast as you can.
Reasoning is as follows:
1. You’re a number to them, once you hand over your fee that’s the last you’ll hear from them.
2. There’s a lot of internal conflict amongst employees & the employees are not afraid to share this with customers… overall just not a good combination.
3. In general the staff is rude.
4. In terms of maintenance requests they ignore them… for months…
I used this place because I got a great deal on an apartment but from day one I wanted to use another realtor and only chose Fiorre because of their listing but I DEFINITELY regret it.
