Show Nails is the cleanest and most sanitary nail salon i’ve ever been to. Not to mention I witnessed the employees meticulously shake every single nail polish on the wall. They are 100% the Best Nail Salon I have ever been to. Ada did an amazing job on my nails & I couldn’t be happier!

I came in for a gel manicure without any polish on my nails and it still took over 1 hour!!! And not to mention that the woman who did my nails did them so thick that the gel chipped within a week. I don’t think I would go back.

Walking in I felt happy bc it looks very nice – very clean and organized. They even have a water cooler and little snacks for people to enjoy (oreos, gummy bears, sour patch kids etc)! However my experience had been subpar. It was my first time there but I did NOT like my nail technician’s technique. She was rough and rushed. She didn’t even asked if I was okay when she pricked into my cuticles and nearly made me bleed. She dropped the trimmer on the floor and proceeded to pick it up, look at it and continue using it on my toes. She spoke Chinese to her co-​workers about how little tips she get and how unhappy she is half the time. Well bitch maybe if you’re a little less rough and focus on the client a little more you get more tip. She also probably felt my frustration as she dug into my shoulder muscles when she was trying to give me a massage. I quickly asked her to discontinue the abuse. If I go back maybe I should ask for Gigi instead.

This place is good as far as the technique goes. I had Gigi put a set of tips on and the shape is perfect. The place is very clean and modern.
Now for the reason I am only giving it two stars. This place is wayyyy too busy not good busy annoying busy and it’s the salons fault. They just kept taking more and more and more people in telling them to pick a color. It was the most insane thing I have ever seen. This left the nail techs constantly yelling to each other which was bad but then my tech was yelling to try to organize everyone non stop. It was ridiculous. My tech was yelling to customers and techs the entire time I was there. She was looking back and forth between the front and back so many times I thought she was going to hurt her neck. Between her barely being able to keep focus for a second on my nails and constantly yelling I was about to lose it. They should not allow people to just keep coming in. Also, my tech got up from me one time which was fine to go check out someone, she then got up again to wrap a gel soak off in foil, then she got up again to do something, then again and AGAIN for a total of about 5 or 6 times. I was totally ready to just get out of there between the yelling and her getting up to help people so much… ugh. They have no receptionist and are understaffed for the amount of customers they want to service. It took nearly 2 HOURS to put a set of tips on, 2 HOURS! i was stressed out, exhausted, and ready to go after that and decided to not even get them painted with a color because I simply just wanted to get out and had been there long enough and I had no more time to sit at this place. I left with clear on the nails and a bad taste in my mouth surrounding this place. It’s too bad the reviews looked awesome too.

I was looking for a Nail Salon on a late Sunday night… This was the only spot open in Hoboken, thank god! They welcome you with free choice of beverage. I only needed a pedicure and it was well worth the $ 24. My toes and feet look great, the hot stone massage was good, friendly employees, the place looks super clean and new (which I believe they recently opened). If you’re looking for a calm, quiet, relaxing salon… this is it. They have many Spa packages and different specials. I’ll be coming back!

This place deserves an A plus for their cleanliness! If you decided to stop in, ask for Gigi. if you’re lucky enough she’ll sneeze you in her schedule. She’s awesome. So happy with my nails.

Gigi is an amazing manicurist!!! She is very careful and takes her time! She is loyal to her clients and always makes sure you are happy with her manicure. She is also gives awesome massages. Definitely book an appt with her!!!

The Lemon Spa Pedicure is unreal!!! Best pedicure of my life and totally worth the $ 40. Highly recommend this salon.

I’ve been here a few times (within the past week for my most recent visit), and they’ve been consistently ok.
I say that for a few reasons:
1) the atmosphere-​terrific-​white, clean, modern-​definitely a chick environment to go and get your nails done in. They have juice/​soda/​water for everyone along with snacks and candy, which is nice for those who chose to bring their kids
2) they go a bit heavy on the cuticle cutting (despite preferences being stated)-unfortunately, I usually leave with at least one cuticle/​nail that’s been compromised (I.e. Too much has been cut off and it’s bleeding), which, albeit isn’t devastating, but of course it’s not preferred.
3) there are some parts of the experience that are above and beyond (they put your belongings in a basket to transfer from the pedicure chairs to the nail bar, there are hot stones involved in your leg message during a regular pedicure-​usually that’s only true for a spa pedicure, and they even give you flip flops if you forgot yours).
So, all in all, consistently ok, but not amazing (due to #2 above). Pro tip: don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program-​they give you money off your future services based on the «points» you’ve earned from each dollar spent on a previous purchase. And you don’t have to remember the card (they can look it up via your phone number).

Very pleased. They even offered me tea when I sat at the manicure bar. I love the décor and the calm environment. Great mid-​day getaway.

Great job by Gigi. She’s a perfectionist & that’s ok with me! I was a walk-​in service is 5star. Nails costs: New Tips $ 55.00 plus $ 15.00 with Gel Manicure. I come from NYC so that’s great! Way better service than FiDi. Clean nail salon

Best callous pedicure ever!
I live 30 min away and decided to try this place after a doctor appointment. I had a refusal place I went to near my house. I’m switching to here!

Couldn’t wait to try this place based on the reviews. I’ve had many experiences at different nail salons– I’ve been everywhere.
The two owners/​main people are rude not welcoming at all and have their nose turned up, that’s not unusual for Asian nail salons so if you can get past that then go to this place. HOWEVER I will be back Bc the manicurists are adorable nuggets, so sweet gentle and friendly. Also a plus if you your services are over 35 $ and you use cash you get a free eyebrow or lip every time– that’s awesome. Instead of paying 44 for a gel mani and lip wax you pay just for the gel manicure so I paid 35 $ for a lip wax and gel manicure. They have lots of specials like are very appealing my roommate spent 54 for a gel mani and regular pedi and they also have 32 for a mani pedi.
They are clean and I’m able to look past the snooty front desk owner Bc that’s honestly expected at these shops. I’ll be returning

I absolutely LOVED my experience here. This salon is clean, friendly, organized and professional. I called here by chance after going to a rude salon and was met with just basic great customer service.
The nail technician Karen was Genuinely nice and listened to my preferences. She also took the time to do a great job and cared about the end result of my nails and pedicure.
I will Definitely be returning and making this my regular nail place :). Can’t Wait to go back.
I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great mani-​pedi before your vacation or to just ready yourself up for summer :)

Walked in without an appointment and I was greeted with all smiles and they fit me in for mani/​pedi straight away. Lots of colours to pick from, massage chairs, happy hour pricing and little snacks by the drying area were all very welcome. My pedi included these little baggies full of some warm wax and OMG did it ever feel good, my heels are in the best shape they’ve ever been in and my nail colour, non shellac, is still going strong 6 days later.

The best place, Ken and his team try and get you in and out without being careless. I always try to make an appointment but they take walk-in’s too.
Best pedicure in town and my gel mani’s always last at least 2 weeks! Team Ken (and Karen) thank you for your hospitality!

The absolute best nail salon in Hoboken. I live in Manhattan and still come back here to get my nails done.
Everyone working there is very friendly and skilled. I’ve never had to wait more than a minute or two, and that is with a full shop!
They always have package deals for manis, pedis, and massages that are definitely worth it.
My favorite experience was getting a regular manicure that lasted for well over a week without chipping. That included scrubbing the bathroom with no chips!!! Where else do you get that?

Super clean, bright and airy nail spa with a good choice of colors from Essie and OPI.
What I liked:
– Mani pedi deal currently for $ 32 (usually $ 35). Kenny, who’s also the owner did my mani pedi and over all he was meticulous and took his time to do the job well.
– all pedis end with a brief hot stone massage and a wax seal for the heels which is the perfect ending touch.
– 2 minute back rub at the drying station
– they use new tools every time and everything is really clean
– Refreshments on the counter if you want to grab a drink or a cookie
– 15% happy hour till 3 pm
What would make this a 5 star experience:
– I would like my aesthetician to ask me if I would like my toe nails cut before he/​she makes the decision for me & starts trimming them off. Kenny was very good at his job, but needs to ask more questions to the customer about their preferences. In the end my toe nails were much shorter than I would have liked them to be.
– A longer foot massage — this one was way too brief to register completely and the hot stone is a nice touch, but barely 30 seconds.
Over all, a great, solid addition to the nail scene in Hoboken. They make a VIP card for you with points you can redeem in the future. I’ve heard good things about their spa pedicure and will be back to try one!
*update* mani lasted without chipping for 5 days

This spa is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They offer early spa discount (15% off) from 10am to 3pm including spa packages. I highly recommend the pedicure spa packages if you are looking to treat yourself. The package includes pedicure perks, leg wrap, callus removal, 10 mins feet run, and more!
The girl (Tina) who did my nails both times is hilarious and makes the experience very enjoyable. Emma took care of my friend and my friend said the massage was amazing. Will be frequenting this spot!
