Went here to transfer contacts to my new phone. Customer rep was friendly and while waiting for transfer to complete he offered tips for success for the new phone. Another lady was being helped by a rep, the lady was here to add international text and minutes for her daughter studying abroad for a week and the Rep could have sold her a package but offered her advice on how to talk with her daughter for free using facetime and texting in WiFi areas between the iPhones. That was very cool to see because businesses these days aren’t honest and will sell whatever to make a quick buck. way to go att!
