Our homeowners association contracted Deck Tech to stain our decks. Two months ago they were out, and they put the stain on so thick I still get an oily residue from my shoes when I walk into the house. They’ve been contacted about this but have not replied. I would stay far away from these folks. Not only do they not know how to apply stain, their customer service is horrible.
