This was my first time using an event planner. This was for a milestone birthday party. Gabriela is professional and courteous. She was helpful in coming up with decorative ideas for the event, as well as recommending florists and music. She did alot with regards to making the calls to negotiate and secure an event space and the vendors as well as helping to set up on the day of the event.
I only gave 3 stars, because as we neared the event, she became progressively less accessible. Given the cost of her services, I would have expected a little more attentiveness/​availability at least until the event was concluded.
