Established in 2010.

Second generation restaurateurs Jagmohan Jayara & Ravi Rawat have teamed up to offer Chicagoans a contemporary IndoChinese Cuisine created by legendary Chef C. S Rawat. Bombay Chopsticks is getting rave reviews. This new Experience is based on the successful Chopsticks Restaurant in India.

Indochinese cuisine marries Chinese seasoning and cooking techniques to India tastes. It is also popular in Singapore, Malaysia and now North America. Bombay Chopsticks also features Hakka dishes, Pad Thai and Chopsuey.

Business Owner

Jagmohan Jayara is the principle owner of India House Restaurants and Catering in Chicago and the new Bombay Chopsticks. The son of a renowned Indian chef, Jagmohan began his restaurant career at 16 in New Delhi and moved to America when he was offered a job at a hotel in Denver, Colorado.
