i am new to the area and I have found my nail shop! The gave me exactly what I wanted and listened to me. I WILL be back.

I went in for a pedicure. The ladies there was very friendly and inviting. The lady that did my spa pedicure was Kim. She removed my ingrown. I am in heaven. The massage was ever ending. I will be back for Kim. Such a sweet lady and the best pedicure I ever had.

I LOVE this place!!! It’s family owned by a Mother and her Two daughters. Kim, Ni, and Nancy are SO sweet and I always have the BEST time. Ni and Nancy, the two daughters/​sisters, are hilarious. They always joke with everyone and they actually remember you when you come back.
Nancy usually does my acrylic nails with gel polish and her color recommendations are always PERFECT with my skin tone.
Kim, a.k.a. Mom, gives the most wonderful and relaxing pedicures!
Ni is always busy doing nails too and I have yet to get my nails done by her, but she’s also very highly recorded by the ladies that come in.
The color selection is really great and Monday-​Wednesday, they offer discounted prices on certain services, but you don’t have to pay in cash.
They are closed on Sunday’s, and usually open 7 days a week around the Summer Time.
I highly recommend this place and I’m so glad I came here after another one of my girlfriends referred me. Xanadu is definitely my go-​to nail

My friend and I went here for the first time and absolutely loved it! We both had Nancy she is so friendly and out going, along with the other lady working at the other station. They do their work quick and efficient, both of our nails ended up looking just how we imagined. It was a great experience, and they even gave us little gift bags when we left (probably cause the holidays are right around the corner). We’ve already booked our next appointments. So happy with everything

The owners are super nice (I even got a small Christmas present after my manicure) I decided to get a no-​chip manicure which is on special Mon-​Fri. They got a new hand dryer today and so she told me that if for any reason there is a problem in the next couple of days to come back and they will fix it. Nice place

Hidden gem! Came here after a terrible full set and they reshaped my nails to my liking. I even left and smudged my nails and they redid the nail right away. I highly recommend coming here. Everyone is so nice and the salon is very clean! Just make sure to make an appointment since its family owned and limited availability. Worth the wait though!

I think I found my new favorite nail salon! Everyone is so friendly and Nancy does an amazing job on nail art. I also got one of the best pedicures ever. Overall am amazing experience :)

Being new to the area, I wanted to establish myself at a new nail salon. I have to say, this place is amazing! This is a family owned company and they are wonderful. Priced just right, clean and friendly! Be sure to call ahead to get an appointment as they are normally pretty busy! I can guarantee you will NOT be disappointed with their services!

I have to say that this is the best place ever!!! I have been getting my nails done for over 25 years now and hands down, this is the best place I have ever been too. This beats Asha, Mario T., etch. There is a wonderful woman named Nancy that owns this shop and her sister and mother work there as well. They all care so much about their customers and treat people like family. I call the mother, «grandma» –she is the sweetest ever.
They truly care about the quality and always make you feel welcome. The salon is super clean and they are always cleaning and using disinfectant, which is something that I really appreciate! I have been bringing my 10 year old daughter there for about a year now, and they are so good with her as well. She is so proud to have her nails done and they always do cool designs for her and she just loves to go. I use this as a great bonding time for us and she is always asking me when we are going to get our nails done. They allow her also to get pedicures, which other salons have told me that they won’t do because she is too young, not Xanadu– they really go out of their way to make her feel special, which I really appreciate!
They introduced me to gel nails and will never go back to regular now. Yes the gel nails are more expensive, but I can go a month between fills, which makes it very reasonable and they always look awesome…
If you live anywhere near Schaumburg, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with them, you will never go anywhere else again and I can guarantee that you will be very impressed!

Found somewhere new close to where I work. Very friendly and did a great job. Time to go again!

The best nails service ever, friendly and always smiling girls with so positive attitude, which makes you happy for the rest of the day. lm going there always with pleasure.

I had an awesome experience getting a pedicure and no chip manicure here today. The salon is clean and nice, nothing out of the ordinary. The ladies that run the shop are incredibly nice and fun. I knew from reading other reviews that it was a mother and her two daughters that run it, and all three were there. Oh, and I did call ahead and make an appointment.
I chose to go all out on fancy pedicure, which involved lots of scrubbing and a paraffin wax treatment. It. Was. Awesome. This is the first pedicure I’ve been really satisfied with in a very long time. I also decided to change the color right before she began painting, and it was no big deal.
My no chip was absolutely perfect. I love that the colors were on wheels and the brand was listed (I know what brands wear better on my nails). They had LOTS of colors. It turned out perfect, no thick gloppy polish. Nothing is worse than a too thick no chip that immediately cracks, and I’m glad that my manicurist knew that too.
I will be revisiting this place again. It was a great atmosphere, very relaxing, with fun conversation. I’ll update with how long my no chip lasts.

Have only good things to say about this place! Friendly, attentive, professional etc.
I always bring in a picture of how I want, Nancy makes it look better than the picture!
AND not pushy on how she likes it dne, she will suggest somethimg else but will always respect what I want at the end.

Concedering i am a nail tech myself and very picky. …i have to say that this place is awesome ;) very friendly and great customer service, and wonderful job on my pedicure ;) keep up the good work i will defiantly be seeing you again soon

Friendly people, nice service and good price for a mani.

Fast, friendly service, great job on the no-​chip mani and my pedi is still in great shape almost 2 weeks later. We were the last appointment, and since it was a slow night my boyfriend’s sons were allowed to sit in the extra spa chairs and we were able to put whatever show we wanted on the TV with the volume up. When I paid she explained the best times to come to get a discount. I’ve found my nail salon in the burbs!

Loved loved my nails they turned out exactly how I wanted them. What I loved the most was that she took her time! She had walk in customers without an appointment and was honest with them about the 40 minute wait. Even though she had 3 customers she took her time, and was very focused on me.
The salon is located in a strip mall, inside the salon it was very clean. The girl also asked if I would like water or soda. A couple customers walked in and after they sat down I asked if they were regulars and she said she had never seen them before. But yet she was so friendly and honest about the wait time! She also explained how it was a family business that consisted of her mother and sister.
I will definitely be returning, great service, atmosphere and was given full attention!

I’ve been to 2 others nail salons and this is the 3^rd salon. Like they say, 3 times the charm. This will be my regular. The lady that did my nail was so friendly and careful. Last time I got an acrylic nails, it was so freaking painful, but xanadu was flawless. Unfortunately they don’t do lace design, but it’s ok, understandable because lace needs the sticker to look fancy. She recommended a few other designs and showed my some pics, I ended up getting flowers. She did this really cute flower, and it’s not the stupid dotted circles the other salons gave me that’s like wasting my money cause I can do it myself. She even recommended to do a different color for my ring fingers and I was really happy about that.
Most salons try to suck every last penny from me, but this salon is so honest. Not only were the prices low, but when I went to pay, it was even cheaper. I’ve never done this before, but I’m actually recommending a nail salon. For real.

A friend referred me here and I decided to check it out.
Cute little hidden place off Golf in Hoffman Estates. It is in the same complex as Browns Chicken, Ti Amo, and other establishments.
Have had my nails done twice there and each time they are turned out great! Girls are very nice and easy to talk to. And every time they have offered me bottled water.
Clean workstations, many nail colors to chose from, and good prices. Last time I was there I had my eyebrows waxed as well, she was super gentle and didn’t make them super thin either. Apparently they have coupons in ValPaks, will have to look out for those :)
