At Sophisticated Hearing we pride ourselves in understanding the listening needs of our patients. We work with the top hearing aid manufacturers to ensure our patients have the best hearing technology that meets their listening needs as well as their budget. We take the time to understand our patients’ concerns and explain their hearing loss to them. For individuals who may not be ready for a hearing instrument we can recommend assisted listening devices (ALDs) that can be used to improve listening to television or on the telephone.

Ann Marie O.
Business Owner
Dr. Olson is the owner and audiologist of Sophisticated Hearing. She has been helping individuals with hearing loss since 2001. She is licensed by the state of NJ as an Audiologist and Hearing Aid Dispenser. Dr. Olson holds a Doctor of Science Degree in Audiology from Montclair State University. She has presented research on auditory processing across the lifespan at various national and international conferences. Ann Marie is Vice President of the Hearing Loss Association of NJ and co-chairs their annual Walk4Hearing Kickoff fundraiser. Dr. Olson is also VP of Communications for the NJ Academy of Audiology.
