Essence Of Yoga Studio

The place itself is nice. There is a beautiful studio in the back with plenty of space. The instructors are great and the classes are thoroughly enjoyable. I feel like I always get a great amount of instruction.
It’s a bummer that they don’t have a receptionist or someone working the desk. If you call during the day, when there isn’t a class, you won’t get to speak to anyone. I had tried calling for weeks before I finally just went down there. Also, if you go down there during a class then the door will be locked. There is basically no way to get any information other than the website.
Also a bummer is that they clearly list on their website a ‘Beginners series’ of classes for $ 50 which is for 4 classes. However, it is not an option to buy. When I was down there and paying for a class I asked to buy it and they told me that it’s up there by mistake and will be taken down. It has yet to be taken down.
The classes and instructors are great. The business of it could use a little work to improve the customer experience. Overall, I’m going to keep attending because I love Teresa’s class!
