Sara’s Pizza Palace

I am seriously doubting the credibility of anyone who gave this place a good review. The food was abysmal. My husband will eat almost anything and he wouldn’t even finish one slice of pizza. We ended up throwing everything out. We would have been better off eating a Mama Celeste.

Yes, this Pizza is as good as it gets. (IMO) This is Betty from «Bak-​ta-​Bak» country, rock & oldies band. When I have a day off I usually order a small cheese for myself. (and… our pups look forward to the pizza ends :-)) After a gig, we order large pizza’s to go from Sara’s & kick back at a band mates place. The owner, John, is a great guy & so is his staff. Sara’s is small… nothing fancy, just good food at a great price. What else do you need ! ! ?? :-)

Ordered delivery today and let me just start off by saying that the delivery girl was probably the nicest person on the planet! Second the food was delicious. We got Greek salad with steak tips, chicken parm, cheese and bacon fries and pizza and everything was excellent and the portions were huge! We will definitely be ordering from here again!

The first time we tried here, we ordered delivery to Randolph, which I was hesitant because we’ve found other restaurants that are just on the town line to Randolph refuse to deliver there — even when the distance is not far. I was happy to find our food came and it was still hot, and was delicious. Second time I went for pickup since it’s only a mile or so from my office, and tried the pizza. Hands down, this is the best pizza I’ve had in the area. I’m normally a plain-​Jane, pepperoni pizza kind of girl, but opted for the margarita this time around and there is so much flavor between the right amount of basil and garlic and cheese — it’s so good (and I’m devouring it as I write this). We will definitely order from here more often.
Note, the shopping plaza it is in is small and looks half-​empty, but trust me, they are there and open! LOL Hidden gem, indeed.

Great, feeindly staff. As for the food, the pizzas are excellent, and they make some of the best calzones I have had in a long time. Definitely a hidden gem!

I tried the buffalo calzone and it was delicious and perfectly cook, staffs are friendly and cooperative will be going more often

Sara’s doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I have never had a better chicken bacon salad in my life! The chicken was beautifully prepared, the bacon was thick cut and chewy, and the salad vegetables were obviously very fresh. The salad was so flavorful that no dressing was needed. I will definitely go back when I am in the area.

. The pizza is good nothing special but the subs are really good. I usually go to corner pizza but will defiantly start going to Sara’s more often. The staff is very friendly and they are fast.

Ordered online, paid for it, went to pick up my order and the place was closed. Voicemail was full and no real message on the machine saying it was Sara’s. Was encouraged by the reviews of the food but after driving through the snow last night to pick up an order that was never made has really turned me off.

Ordered over the phone the first time and through Eat 24 online the second, both times the orders were delivered correct, delicious and hot. I’d highly recommend the Chicken Parmesan Calzone, filled with plenty of high quality and tasty chicken breast meat and gooey cheese. The homemade marinara sauce automatically included on the side is an awesome addition.
My wife is lactose intolerant and she’s had both a veggie and house special pizza (no cheese) and both were so chock full of delicious toppings that the cheese wasn’t missed. We’re both very much looking forward to ordering from Sara’s Pizza Palace for a long time to come.

We moved to Holbrook not to long ago & we were looking for a place to eat the first day we arrived. We came across sara’s pizza palace flyer & we decided to drop by and try it. Ever since we’ve been ordering over & over. The food is so great & delicious, and has a variety of different dishes that we encourage you to try. Not to forget the tasty specialty pizzas.!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! The customer service here is great. everyone you speak to is very polite. I ordered an italian sub, with no mortadela, add pepperoni, toasted. They got my order right (nobody ever does) and they have the best pickles! I have been searching for a sub shop that has these pickles for awhile. They are also on Grubhub which adds a lot of convenience.

I’ve been here twice now and will definitely return. I’ve gotten the pizza (a small cheese) and it was pretty good. Not the best i’ve ever had but a pretty good cheesy pie! I’ve also gotten one of their dinner plates. The gyro lamb dinner. A huuuge amount of food i could not finish in one sitting. Comes with your choice of 2 sides. Coleslaw, roasted potatoes, mac n cheese, rice, grilled veggies, fries, salad, onion rings or spicy fries. I got the rice which was rice pilaf and the roasted potatoes. OMG. The roasted potatoes were soooo yummy! I’d go there just for them!!! Rice was flavorful and the lamb gyro was filled with big chunks of meat, onion and tomato! Delish! When i went back i got the turkey club with onion rings. Yum! They don’t skimp on anything in this sammie! Comes with 6 big onion rings that were crunchy and tasty but a little greasy.
They have cookies, chips and baklava at the counter. Also, ice cream! Yes! 6 flavors and they serve it all year! The cooler is full of pepsi products and they have a tv too. The place is really small (i would suggest take-​out) but what really shines is the customer service. They are so wicked friendly here. I think that means a lot. Great food! Great people! So glad i found this place!

I must say that I was pleased with the service and the menu. The owners were friendly and made you feel as if they appreciated your service, which means a lot to me. There is enough room to sit and eat. However, it really isn’t a huge sit in restaurant. In all, I think you will enjoy your meal… make sure you try the frosted beagle patella in armadillo sauce!

Huh. I was surprised to see that everyone else gave this place five stars.
The customer service is great. They are very nice and polite. So that’s the only reason I am giving this place two stars.
I’ve had subs from here and they are fine — not spectacular. But today I got the buffalo wings which were not buffalo at all — they were just battered in what tasted like pure chili powder and way too fried. And the mac and cheese tastes like hospital cafeteria mac and cheese, or what I imagine mac and cheese would taste like in prison.
I’ve had the cheese fries in the past and they are good — very cheesy. I strongly advise against getting bacon on them since the one time I did this the bacon was pretty much raw.
I’ve just had much better food. I WISH the food was better because they are VERY nice but I can’t give a restaurant five stars based on customer service when the product they are selling is mediocre at best.

I order from Sara’s at least twice a week through Foodler. Everything we have ordered has been delicious. I especially like their pasta with chicken, the chicken broccoli ziti, and their buffalo chicken wraps. Delivery is always faster then quoted and the guys and owner are extremely nice. You can tell that Sara’s puts as much effort in their delicious fresh food as they do their top notch customer service. I will continue to be a happy customer for a long time!

A hidden gem in Braintree! We LOVE LOVE LOVE their NY style pizza, subs and homemade mac+cheese. They use Boars Head meats, so highest quality and absolutely delicious. The owner is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, really friendly and knows how to run a business. Prices are fair and they run some great specials. Some of the homemade stuff is extraordinary… I think his wife makes it but SO SO good. If you haven’t tried Sara’s yet, you will not be disappointed!

I recently decided to stop in to this new little shop for lunch. They’re turkey panini was phenomenal. The owner was very friendly and eager to help me with anything I needed. It is not the most modern looking place on the planet, but it sure is worth a try if you’re big into paninis. I will definitely be back for more.

I gotta give it to GrubHub on this one. They did not steer me wrong on choosing a new place to eat. The first time I ordered from Sara’s, I was just looking for a place where we could get some food delivered quickly on a Friday night and Sara’s turned out to impress in ways I didn’t expect.
First of all, it’s not about the pizza. It’s not bad, it’s just your normal everyday pizza. My son loves it and we happily eat it as leftovers. The true awesomeness of Sara’s comes from their Greek food. In particular, their Lamb Gyro dinner is fantastic. A delicious gyro with plenty of tzatziki sauce. And the sides just completely make it– they make their own roasted potatoes, their own coleslaw, and a rice pilaf that I wish I knew how to duplicate. All of it is awesome. Of course you can also get a side salad which is of substantial size for being a ‘side’. All in all, a great value for really good food that doesn’t make you feel like splurged too horribly.
If you DO want to add some grease to your meal, I can vouch that the buffalo wings (with the spice inside the wing so not the sloppy kind) and the loaded waffle fries will do the trick just fine.
Adding to the value, spending $ 30 gets you a free large cheese pizza. So when we order 2 entrée dinners for our family of 3, we have a whole pizza for lunch the next day.
The only thing I have not been a fan of is their baklava, unfortunately. It’s different from the baklava i’m used to and while not bad, it’s not something i’d order again. The Oreo Cookie Cake gets a thumbs up, though!
Delivery is fast, staff is very nice to deal with and overall we’re glad to have discovered this hidden gem in Holbrook. We’ve since ordered a number of times and enjoy it every time.
