I love cute nails in Holden! It’s a new salon, very big and open, clean and professional. The«spa» pedicure is the BEST with hot rocks, clay and oils for $ 40. Super convenient next to Big Y and they always take walk-ins. They also do hair and waxing! I’ve been to different nail salons around Holden, West Boylston and Worcester but Cute nails is the best

Went today to get a mani and pedi and have to say the place is very nice, they did a great job with my nails. I was there toward the end of the day and they were all cleaning and couldn’t believe how they were whipping down all the chairs top to bottom, clean towels were being folded, the foot tubs were all being cleaned, floors being swept, everyone was cleaning. Especially since I’ve seen on the news when they go undercover to nail salons to see how clean they are and most places are not clean. I was impressed today especially with have gone to many others place, this place Cute Hair and Nail Salon in Holden is worth returning again and again. Go check it out.

I went to Cute Nails for shallac mani. It is very nice, modern and extremely clean place. I am very happy how my nails are done. Owner helped me to pick right color. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now for Mani/Pedis and I love it. The employees are always helpful and pleasant. It is starting to get busy on the weekends(because they rock!) so an appointment is recommended.

Called this place to make an appt for eyebrows. They told me I didn’t need an appt as long as I got there by 3pm. Came in 40 min after I got off the phone w the OWNER and all of a sudden not one person in the entire establishment had 5 min to do eyebrow waxing. The women, Bella was very rude to me. Told me she had no time. I explained that I called and she could care less. I went back and spoke to guy at desk and owner overheard me complaining. I mean we did just spend 25 min in traffic to get there because they did tell me they could do the brows. Owner said well it wasn’t busy when you called and I said that’s exactly why I wanted to make an appt and YOU told me I didn’t need one. I come here all the time and just bought over $ 100 in gift cards. I will NEVER come back. These people should know that it’s not about the problems you cause it’s how you handle them and your customer service skills suck! I can’t believe the type of people that get into the industry of dealing with the public. There really should be some sort of test. The only decent person in the entire place was the guy at the desk who tried to fix the problem. Everyone else was awful. I didn’t leave a tip. This Unilocal review is «tip» enough.

Decided to try this nail salon because it just opened near my house. Very nice inside and prides themselves on their cleanlieness. They take tools out of package right in front of you! I had a very pleasant experience with Tee! They even offer a 15% student discount with proper ID. I will definitely be going back!
