The Cosmic Spiral

Incense and intrigue is what The Cosmic Spiral is all about.
If you are looking for something that is larger than life, but not sure what that is then this place is a good start. Something mystical, something spiritual, something something, they will probably have something like that here.
I actually got a tarot reading here and it was my first time ever doing so. I must say it is something that everyone should try at least once in their life. The lady that did it for me and my friend here was either the real deal or very good at hoaxing us, but some of the parallels between my real life and what the cards said were uncanny.
Anyways, yes doing a reading isn’t cheat and can be a bit expensive, but splitting it with a friend helps cut down some costs.
Haha, now I’m reminiscing about what the cards told me…

In the realm of. well. places where you might often hear the world «realm,» I’m not an expert. But I love that this place is in SLC and that they have so many items that you can’t find anywhere else, that have been gathered from many local craftspeople and artists. And it’s in 9^th & 9^th, a neighborhood that I’m really crushing on right now.
What can you find at The Cosmic Spiral? Certainly if you’re seeking a singing bowl there is only one place in SLC with a supply that will leave you humming louder than the bowls themselves. What’s a singing bowl? Well, you have to see it to really understand. But it’s a large (stone? crystal? Oh dear, what are they made of?) bowl. Using a special rod, you trace the edges of it and it gives off some crazy humming. I don’t know the ins and outs of the benefits of the bowls, but it is amazing to watch and hear them being played. Clearly I’m an expert on the subject.
Enjoy lots of other natural items – stones, sage, scents. You just have to go in there with an open mind and prepare to see some passionate people and products that you may not find anywhere else in the valley.
