Relish was established in January, 2013 when Chef Rachel and her family moved to Holland, MI from Denver, CO.

Meet the Business Owner

Rachel J.

Business Owner

Rachel has always been passionate about the connections between food, health, and community. With a love for spending time with family over good meals and conversations, she has always found herself in the kitchen creating delicious dishes to share. In 2012, Rachel decided to turn her passion into a career and attended Cook Street School for Culinary Arts in Denver, CO. Now ServSafe certified in food handling and safety procedures, a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, and a level one certificate holder with the International Sommelier Guild, Rachel works as a personal chef in West Michigan. She is particularly interested in working with young families, creating delicious meals that children will like to eat while encouraging them to try new foods. When she’s not in the kitchen, Rachel enjoys golfing with her husband, spending time with their one year old son, and visiting her family in Colorado.
