History

Established in 2013.

SuFISHient Charters began in 2013. It began because of a passion for fishing since I was young. I want to share my passion with others and hope they enjoy it as much as I do. I am a teacher during the winter months and during the summer, I enjoy meeting knew people and helping them have a great big lake fishing experience!

SuhFISHient is an outstanding Charter Boat. This was our 2^nd time chartering the boat in as many years, & under very different conditions and time of year, yet the results were the same.
A great time, lots of fish, and a wonderful experience. Captain Jeff & First Mate Tyler were professional, friendly, & courteous. The boat was clean, organized, and in great shape.
Absolutely could not ask for more!

Captian Jeff and Tyler are great at creating a worry free experience. Just returned from fishing trip with 2 groups. We landed Trouts, Coho and small king. Everyone had a great time. Just grilled some of the catch and it was great. Cant go wrong Sufishient Charter

My son and I went out with SuFISHient last week while on vacation. They have a very nice boat with lots of room to fish. We had a great time with the team. The captain is very good with his boat and works hard to get us into the places where the fish are. He knows a lot about fishing in that area and what is biting and what the fish like.
We caught a good number of fish and several of them being quite large. We were right on the brink of great Salmon season and managed to catch a few of these fish. I highly recommend this company for fishing on Lake Michigan.

SuFISHient Charters is the best! I wasn’t really excited about getting up so early on a Saturday morning to go fishing, but I had such a great time and our group of 4 caught a cooler full of tasty fish!
Captain Jeff & his first mate, Mark, worked very hard to make sure that our trip was memorable. Basically all I had to do was sit in the warmth of the sun and wait until it was my turn to reel in the next salmon.
Reeling in the fish was fun & exciting especially when we got another hit on one of the other poles! Those guys moved fast to ensure that we didn’t lose a single fish.
When the crew wasn’t helping us with the catch, they were checking on the other boats to see how their day was going. I got the sense that these guys are well liked within the fishing community and got helpful tips from the other captains as to where and how deep the fish were.
Six hours goes by really fast when you are enjoying yourself & catching fish. Jeff & Mark also cleaned & filleted our catch with fluid precision.

We had a great time on our first trip with Captain Jeff and SuFISHient Charters! He and his first mate did a great job of tracking down the fish (they were playing hide-n-seek) and providing us with a wonderful family-friendly trip.
Jeff let our six-year-old sit up with him as we were coming back in and our four-year-old was thrilled every time we landed another fish. The crew cleaned and filleted our fish for us, which was wonderful. We’re looking forward to fresh fish on the grill for the next several evenings, as well as several smoked fish to snack on throughout the week.
We can’t wait for our next trip and would highly recommend SuFISHient Charters to anyone looking to experience the best fishing on Lake Michigan.

What a fantastic trip! Captain Jeff made everything so easy. He was very flexible on scheduling our trip offering many different days of the week and times. The boat was very comfortable, even offering a cabin where the kids could take a break, eat a snack, or take a nap.
SuFISHient charters took all the prep and cleanup work out of the equation. Captain Jeff had all the fishing knowledge about the lures and line lengths to use and where the fish were hiding for the day. When we got back to land, he took all the fish in, helped us get some pictures of our haul, and cleaned them! (I was delighted to have the fish cleaned for me). We ce back with 11 nice sized fish; a mix of salmon and trout.
