I needed to return some cable TV equipment to Comcast and they told me to bring it by this UPS Store and they would package it up and ship it for me at no cost to me. Sure enough I went in and the young man got me taken care of quickly. My only concern would be that it would have been nice if he would have explained how Comcast will know to credit my account for the returned equipment. He seemed sure that I’d be given credit for returning the equipment, but as the person who will be charged for this equipment if it goes missing I would have appreciated some information to make me more confident that I had nothing to worry about. Not a bad experience, but there was that one area where they could improve a little.

Oh have I experienced better. First about a year ago an employee stole $ 1500 in Pen drives from me and they did nothing about it! We had no recource since my wife did not list the drives as part of the contents. I went in today to ship a box to a co-​worker in Canada and the guy doing my shipping doesn’t understand that technology makes this process much easier and quicker. I spent 30 minutes processing a single box.
Next time it will be off to the Post office to deal with the Government!
