We love Victory Factory!
Always helpful, patient, fast and a great value. Very prompt fixes on any problems. Very fast shipping to NYC. I run a community silkscreen Lab in Bushwick/​Ridgewood and send all clients looking for screens and supplies to these guys. Their aluminum frames are as good and it gets and the specials are FANTASTIC deals. They also offer affordable re-​stretching on wood or metal frames. Now, I try to start everyone out with a set of aluminum frames from VF and they are better printers, somehow, automatically! It is true… life gets better when you upgrade to metal frames. It is also true that life gets better once you find Victory Factory and leave those OTHER guys in the city.
The one downside is that they do not offer any exposure services or film printing but there are other places in NYC for that… like our Lab.
