Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center

I’ve used quick lane several times now and service is great no appointment needed. Depending on how busy service is, my car has been ready in Max time 1hr. Great price, they give me recommendations what yo expect on my next oil change (expect to change tires soon), i like leavinv my money in yhe community i live in, not to mention Tiffany Ford employees have always been friendly.

…here it is the next morning after trying to pick up my truck that was «all ready to go» per the Quicklane Service Don or Ron Lucas. I did not get ten feet out the driveway and the same problem happened!!! By now the person that gave me a ride (which is over 30 miles from my house) has dropped me off and is leaving town for a week and Über does not service my area! When I called the Service Manager Mark Bishop a few minutes ago he was «prepared» for my call and treated me like any man treats a woman when he knows he is wrong and she is livid! He offered me nothing except to say they would «write it up again» what the f— is that! ALso he told me that the Ford Servcice is «UNABLE TO FIX THE REAR VIEW MIRROR THAT CAME OFF THE WINSHIELD-​just need the glue lug but Mark became a real jerk when I pushed him to fix the mirror as part of an appology for the lack of professional treatment with PAID FOR UNREPAIRED VEHICLE all I was given was a referral to speak to the General Manager Roy Sterling… In this day and age of Customer Expected Service, I believe I will now become the worst word of mouth and social media nightmare they could imagine with as review sites I can find!!!
