Honest, Real, Change. This is how I would define my style of counseling. I received my specialty training in cognitive-​behavioral therapy and I am well versed in motivational interviewing. I have developed a style that is down to earth, which focuses on working with the skills that an individual already possesses, while developing the abilities they need to bring them to the next level. I also help solve issues in the «here and now» while working on other skills that can/​should be develop in the future.

I have 8 years of experience working with the criminal justice system with Parole, Probation, and DOC. I have over 10 years of experience counseling individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. I am currently part of the training team for Parole. In addition, I have been a member of a local crisis team for 13 years. Business Owner

Born and raised in Montréal, Steve completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at McGill University majoring in psychology. Steve moved to America in 1999, where he has worked for a non-​profit organization for 14+years. Steve has worked in residential programs for developmentally disabled individuals, as well as for substance use recovery individuals and individuals with major mental health issues. Steve also started work on the crisis team as a phone clinician in 1999 and worked on this team until 2013. While working there, he completed his Master’s degree at Assumption College in 2004 and has worked as a crisis clinician who responds in the community, a therapist at a clinic, and currently is a supervisor for several programs. He currently supervises two reentry centers in major Massachusetts cities, Framingham and Worcester. He is also the clinical supervisor for a reentry initiative in Worcester. Steve has worked in county and state jails, consulted on drug courts, and with local police.
