3D Carpet Cleaning and Restoration

Anyone needing your carpet cleaned, call this company. I’ve never hired this service and figured I’d have to be on guard for up-​selling and extras.
The owner of the company, Rob, answered the phone. I needed the cleaning done quickly and he was able to come the next day. I was amazed! And no BS or up-​selling and nonsense.
He was on time and completely professional. He walked me through the service as he walked through my condo. After a few moments, he had the estimate, which was incredibly reasonable, and got started.
We prepped the place by moving things off the floor before he arrived. While he worked, Rob moved bigger furniture to get under and behind things. He took about 2 hours from the moment he walked in to the moment he left. He assured us the carpet would be dry by the end of the night. We’ve set up fans and are sure he’s right.
I’m an idiot for not taking a «before» pic, but the «after» is fantastic! I actually thought I had to install new carpet, but Rob breathed new life into this condo! I have to cancel the installation with Empire Today now!
I highly recommend 3-​D Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. This place smells great and looks fantastic!

I called them because they had such good reviews! And when they were here I was impressed.
That being said, after they left, I noticed two (wine) stains were still there and I emailed them. No response. I called and she said she was in the middle of a job and would call me later. She never called. I e-​mailed again and again no response. I was a bit disappointed since it was expensive and I was hoping they would come back.

If your looking for a master floor technician who can handle all situations and address them efficiently and has a great response time call Robert or Lisa at 3D Carpet. I had Robert and Lisa come to my store to clean my laminate wood floors and I thought they installed new flooring when I came back. The floor was on ballroom status and every one of my customers loved the floors new look. They made my shop that was 5 years old look as if I just opened a few days ago.

We had an emergency stain of unknown origin — white carpet — over a LARGE area. I called 3 D due to the excellent Unilocal reviews. Immediate return call and scheduled within hours. The service was amazing, and Rob removed all of the extensive stains. The carpet looks like new even though it is original! Rob was extremely professional. I can’t tell you how refreshing and heartwarming it was to see such incredible customer service and carpet cleaning. I will be singing this company’s praises!

I saw 3D Carpet Cleaning in Unilocal and decided to schedule an appointment. I must say they are an excellent company. They came on time and did a wonderful job and on carpet. They gave me a quote for the tile cleaning and I decided to get that done as well. They came a couple of days later and also did a great job on the tile. I was very impressed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I couldn’t begin to express how grateful and thankful I am to have found them, and how awesome their customer service and the work they did was/​is. It’s rare to find companies these days that actually take pride in all they do and treat you like you and your needs are important to them.
I had my carpets cleaned, deodorized, protected and re-​stretched in needed areas, all my tile & grout cleaned, my AC coils & ducts cleaned and my bathroom ceiling exhaust fans cleaned too. Everything looked so fresh and clean, I was thrilled!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use them again myself without any hesitation.

Just want to say how great 3D carpet & tile are, put down my dog this week & needed to get everything cleaned to reduce the stress in the house, Rob fit us right in & did an amazing job. Carpets & throw rugs & couch look great & smells great! 3^rd time using them always does a great job!

Based on other reviews I called these guys up. When I first called all I needed was some carpets cleaned. They did such an amazing job they looked brand new. The team was very professional and courteous. While Rob was at the house he noticed we were getting ready to clean our grout and he offered his services. He came back the next day and cleaned the grout throughout the house. It made such a difference. Once again the team was amazing and the service provided was spot on.

About a month after our first cleaning by 3D we had a home disaster that required another floor cleaning. It was an emergency and Rob and Lisa were amazingly helpful, responding immediately. They went above and beyond to come to the rescue quickly and did another wonderful job. They are the kindest people. Thanks again guys!

On Friday May 15, 2015, I called up 3D Carpet & Tile Cleaning Services. I spoke with the owners, both Rob first and told him what services I wanted. He quoted a price and I liked the price. So the next step were to schedule an appointment. At this time, Rob put Lisa, his wife on the phone (Awhhh so cute husband and wife team) is Lisa stated they can be to my home between 12−2pm Saturday, the 16^th. Perfect time I thought as I knew my hair and nail appointment wouldn’t be compromised.
Day of appointment, Rob arrived to my home by 1:30. When I came to the door, truck was already backed up and cleaning equipment out. He did a walk through of my home… and reiterated the price we spoke about yesterday.
Often times when I call for service, usually they get to my home and want to jack the price up, but not Rob. In fact, he went above and beyond the call of duty. He did other areas in my home that wasn’t apart of the agreement. Now… in my Tamar Braxton voice; «where they do that at???» «Ohhh no honTey… He showed nuff did that!!» oh yasss he did.
Overall, I am happy with the quality of service. His efficiency. His attention to detail. And his passion, as it is clearly apparent that he loves what he does and might I add, he does it quite well and with a smile!
I am the queen of 4-​Stars because I believe there is always room for improvement. In this case, No improvement is needed because Rob ensures that his job is above expectation. The end result, exceeded my expectations.

3D was great! I used them to clean a brand new rug my dog had an accident on. Rob, the owner did a great job. The carpet looks like new and the room even smells fresh and clean. I was worried the stain and smell would not come out but Rob assured me it would. Rob was on time, polite and very efficient. I would highly recommend this service!

First and foremost, they were punctual. Mike was very professional and courteous. He cared about our time and gave us our options without feeling as if we were buying a used car. Our carpets came out incredible and he went above and beyond the call of duty. He even offered to mop my floor! Like I said, above and beyond. Mike keep up the great work! So I called today and explained that my cat had a field day using my carpet as his litter box. I asked if it was possible to remove and I was guaranteed it could be cleaned. Not only he removed the odor… He did all my rooms in just an hour and a half (4rooms)and I was pleased with the price. He came the same day, was very professional… And I’m am happy. I will definitely recommend this company to friends… Five stars for me! Thank u!

All I have to say is WOW!!! We just moved into our new home and called our 3D carpet cleaning and they cleaned 3,000 square feet of tile, 4 bedrooms 3 baths the tile, grout and carpet looks like it was newly installed. Very professional and neat! Not your typical carpet cleaning company. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs these services in the future.

1. great customer service — Rob was very personable, easy to talk to, confirmed the appointment the day before, and answered my calls immediately.
2. prompt — he arrived exactly when he said he would.
3. Quick — he gave me an estimate of 2 hours but finished in less time! :)
4. Flexible — he was willing to work within my budget! Which was very much appreciated.
Overall: 3d carpeting and Rob definitely deserve all 5 stars. I had no concerns or critiques. I found them through Unilocal and gladly recommend them to others. ;)

Where can I start. Honest, hard working, experienced and affordable company with great service. My floor was in a Need-​To-​Replace state beyond any possible cleaning solution. This guys came and spent 3 hours working nonstop on the floor and made it look really good. Days later the floor got stained badly so I contacted Rob and he came back without me needing to call him everyday like it usually happens and redid everything from scratch but this time adding a sealing coating for that not to happen once more and I got my almost new looking floor again. Highly recommended and you can trust they are looking for your best interest and to make a good job.

The last guy who came to clean our carpet was cheaper, but the last guy also managed to leave more stains than he came in with (the last guy dragged his dirty equipment everywhere and left streaks, and he managed to get some of the furniture to leach furniture polish stains onto the carpet — good effort, nice guy, but poor execution).
Robert and 3D carpet cleaning on the other hand did a great job, it consisted of an enzyme sanitizer treatment over the whole carpet first, which after that soaked in, the whole carpet was shampooed, and then after that the carpet was treated with a repellent that is supposed to both help repel stains as well as keeping my cat from wanting to repeat pee in his usual spots (my cat’s new pee pee habit was the reason I needed a cleaning in the first place). The pee smell as well as random carpet stains were removed.
Robert was really nice, professional and friendly, and moved around furniture and whatnot without my help, my cats also liked him, also a good sign.
Will definitely be using him again if my male Siamese decides to use the carpet as a pee spot again.

They did an awesome job in a quick amount of time. They were very friendly and had a lot of equipment to perform a top job. The price was clarified beforehand and they were able to help me choose the right option. I would definitely recommend them.
