like Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Dave Brubeck, John Coltrane, Cole Porter,

Buddy Rich, Frank Sinatra and more, they have performed for hundreds of satisfied clients throught the western United States.

History

The Hollywood Rhythm Kings are a premier Jazz Band out of Los Angeles. These professional musicians play the perfect music for your occasion. Whether it’s a corporate function, private party or wedding reception, they have it covered. Playing together for many years at venues accross Southern California and traveling to Las Vegas, Washington, Idaho and Arizona, they play jazz standards, swing, pop, blues, bossa nova, ballads and more. Based as the classic rhythm section of piano, bass and drums, they can also add horns, saxophone and more, depending on your needs.

Meet the Manager

Kerry C.

Manager

Kerry Crutchfield has been playing drums professionally for over 30 years. He has provided the beat for dozens of jazz, blues, rock and show bands in hundreds of clubs and venues throughout the Western U.S. Kerry has covered the «Legends» style shows at Harrah’s Casino in Laughlin, Treasure Island and The Mirage Casinos in Las Vegas, and has produced The Hollywood Custom and Vintage Drum Show for it’s 15 year run in Los Angeles.

David Coleman (piano/​keyboards is an award winning composer and musical director. He studied Theory and Composition at Chicago Musical College and graduated from the famed Goodman Theatre. David has written numerous songs and jingles and has performed at countless venues over the years. He is the musical director at Brain Brew Entertainment in Hollywood.

Martin Blasick (Bass/​Guitar) is a prolific composer/​produce for TV/​Film, having earned a gold record for his production of” Miracles Happen”, and wrote the song «Ladies of Tampa» which was in «Magic Mike».
