I would stay away from this gc. They owe me and a lot of subs money, and just
Come up with the excuse there waiting for the owner to pay. All there subs come and go, because they don’t care about establishing a gc/​sub relationship. Eventually everyone will go through a lost working with these crooks. Also the owner of the company asked my workers to do work behind my back. Thank you intertech construction for your honesty and loyalty.
