Kmart

2^nd time this has happened to me. Placed a «available today» order… Order wasn’t ready, customer service said it takes ²⁴⁄₄₈ hours to process those orders … So bottom line, it is Not available for same day pick up, false advertisement alert! Save your money! They don’t answer the store phone so don’t waste your time … Just piss poor

Disorganized, employees stalk you.
Sign at door says open ²⁴⁄₇ which is false.
They have improved their selection but in no way can it compare to other stores such as Walmart and Target.

Here they said is open untill midnight and is 1030 and they are closed, I Came all over for nothing

How about hiring people that speak English! Then you get to the register with 10 people in line, wont open another, the girl is fricken rude. Never again will I patronize a K-​mart

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. 2 cashiers working and the line was crazy long. This place is disorganized, dirty and I would never shop here again.

One 12÷6÷2014 I went to pay the balance and pick up my layaway that contained the remainder of my Christmas shopping. I started the layaway in ⁰⁹⁄₂₀₁₄ to ensure that I would have the toys that my kids and nieces/​nephews wanted (long before the Christmas madness began). After waiting for more than an hour as they searched the layaway area, I was notified rather callously by the store manager that my layaway was «gone». He later informed me that «things happen» when items get moved around in their back area. After this he sends me to the front customer service desk for a refund and walks off. There were no apologies or regard to my suffering as I now had to hunt for the items that I had so easily set aside before. There are no Kmart locations in my area (2 went out of business) so I travel more than 15 miles to get to this one.
P. S. I was unable to replace most of the toys I originally had due to their unavailability and most likely won’t be able to until after the holidays.

…well just received the item in the mail today and it was the complete wrong one… On my way back to return it. What a joke.

If you want to spend half your «shopping» trip standing in line then this place is for you. Never ever ever enough cashiers. I give up on this place.

This Kmart is still one of the worst shopping experiences I can have. Because it’s so consistently sub-​par. I don’t think I’ve ever had a positive experience here. Yesterday my MANAGER came back to work livid at the terrible service she got here when she stopped by to get some things for the company she works for. Rudeness from the manager and the employees. And on this visit, as usual, there are too few registers open. I’m sure this one will close soon as well. Good riddance to bad customer service.

I shop online and do store pick-​ups. I figured it’d make things go faster. Keyword: figured. One positive mention, it’s cheap and close to home. Now that being said: They do not price match (I know it’s not Walmart but that’s competition, you must compete!) The lines are always ridiculously long and slow, they can have several registers open and still it takes forever. It seems like customer service is not in there training or they just hire whoever walks in to apply. And to top it off, the appearance of the store is dated, worn down, and unconcerned. Whoever is in charge needs to clean house if they want more and better business in there. After all, the positive aspect of being cheap and close to home does not exceed the negatives of poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and zero value of a competitive market.

This Kmart is absolutely DISGUSTING! I’ve been there, foolishly, three times. I will never go back.
Firstly, all of the staff members walk around with their mouths open in a stupor, if you can even find someone to even HELP you. Secondly, the store itself smells stale and you can bet to see trash on the floor. Thirdly, we JUST got back home from shopping there and had to pick-​up some grocery essentials, milk and cereal. Not only did it take over 20 minutes for the cashier to check out two people ahead of us (She would’ve been moving faster if she went backward.), but also when we got home there were BUGS in the boxes of the cereal we bought! DISGUSTING!
This Kmart needs to be shut down… permanently!!! I wish I could leave NO STARS!

Every time I come here it is no better than the last. Some items are cheaper than you will find elsewhere, but also lack quality. You can purchase similar items for less at other stores in the plaza just not all in the same place. Other items, like baby clothes and accessories are more expensive than you will find in other stores. So the idea that KMart is cheap is not entirely true. Maybe you can save $ 1 or $ 2 on cleaning supplies. The store is always clean and very well organized… a saving grace and worth a star.
If you were in a bind, and are in the plaza, then I can see coming here (this is the only reason why I go), but the major problem is that the lines are extremely slow. Whatever their frequent KMart shopper card is, backs up the line for a myriad of reasons. Additionally, the customers always have 5 million issues and complaints. I’ve never been anywhere that has had this many customers so disgruntled at the check out lane, usually that behavior is left for the customers service counter, but consistently there isn’t any one there. So this seems to me more than a bit of a management issue. Not enough customer service personnel.
The line takes so long, there have been times that I have left without my purchase. Other times I have waited and wondered why I am second in line and it is taking over 25 minutes. Why I keep doing this to myself, I don’t know it is like a punishing myself for something…

I wish I could leave NO STARS! Worst retail experience of 2013, thank you Kmart. I was shopping for a bike, went in on a fluke and found a bike in 5 minutes. It was on sale and perfect for what I needed. It took 1 HOUR to check out. only two registers open, 30 people in line and the manager would NOT open another register. This is my typical experience at Kmart which is the reason I travel out of my way to Walmart instead of the Kmart a few minutes from my home.
This is why Kmart will fall by the wayside, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I use to try to use Kmart instead of Walmart but really I can’t even look at a Kmart now with out my blood boiling. Can’t wait to see your store in Wilton Manors become a Walmart and the rest of your crappy store go out of business one by one.

This place is hilariously bad. On the outside there are people begging for money and inside there are employees who are begging you to sign up for a credit cart.
Its like a ghetto version of Kmart. No one wants to help you. I remember I was looking for the location of the pillows. I attempted to approach a Kmart employee and he just walked away. I couldn’t help but laugh. I only go here if I have no choice and need something quickly since I live nearby. This place also needs to disparately update the décor, it looks like it came out of a 80’s movie.

The only kmart in the hollywood area that is not a «dollar» kmart. Still has the outdated kmart vibe to it. The internet pickup station is in the back but no one is tending to it. An employee said internet pickups are at the front desk. The problem is the front desk handles returns, exchanges, western union, and now internet pickup? huh? They don’t have a separate booth for internet. Also they don’t have the product at the desk, the employee has to go fetch it from the store. Very disorganize.
Walmart and Amazon are just killing kmart.

Looked for a bullseye, but didn’t see a Target. Kmart was fine.
They have a Little Caesars inside and an icee machine.

Trashy nasty mess! It’s dirty, the people were rude and I got tired of standing in the check out line for 15 minutes while the only cashier was swamped… Couldn’t they call a manager? It does get 2 stars because the little Caesars inside is awesome!

God what has happened to K-​Mart.
I was driving around looking for a place to find some quick, cheap beach equipment (towels, suntan lotion, cooler, etc.) and I remember the Oakwood Plaza had a K-​Mart. There aren’t many K-​marts left, but from my rememberence, they used to be cheap and had a variety of items.
Before I can get in the door comfortably, you have 6 employees just standing around speaking Creole LOUD. I thought I was at the bar or something. The floors were dirty and the whole layout just looked like they needed to tear the building down and start from scratch, which is sad because the place isn’t as old as it appears.
What really was upsetting is I left out of here without buying anything because everything was severly overpriced. I mean I could have went to Publix and did better. A small SPF 30 Suntan Lotion was running 12.99. I couldn’t believe it. . I buy the same thing at Wal-​Mart for less than half of that. Not one person came up and asked if I needed help even though I was clearly looking for something. There were more employees walking around doing nothing in a group than employees on the floor working.
It’s a shame, because this used to be such a nice plaza, but this KMart is for the birds. Do your best to avoid this place, you can get better prices and service at a grocery store. .. or even a gas station.

Ahhh, Kmart… Targets bastard step brother. Yes this location is a little ghetto, but it has gotten more organized and cleaner than in my previous visits.
Plus, if you go in the evenings you can see the Doo Wop group singing outside on the sidewalk. (They actually are very good!)

There is a blue light special in isle 3 KMart shoppers!
Commence white trash stampede! Well not in this KMart. I mean the people where trashy but it wasn’t exclusive to one type of people :) The set up was dingy like an 80’s style Department store like a Bradley’s, Zares or Ames, etc.
Most of the customers were severely obese or eldery. or oddly French Canadian. The parking lot was filled with Quebec plates. Probably 1 out of every 4 was from Quebec. Welcome to Canada eh?!
The one cool thing about this KMart was the beer and wine section up front. As always the prices are fantastic and command respect from all alike but it is a fantastic people watching experience.
Oh I forgot to mention, in the most snarly, rude and obnoxious ghetto accents, employees where yelling at each other to hang up or logout over the intercom. I mean it was so rude and there were a series of them that all the customers were looking around like, are you serious? Yep KMart shoppers, Welcome to Hollywoof… FL
