I contacted Ms. Abitz for assistance with some real estate issues. I was having a real hard time getting any kind of progress and felt the deal was going to fall through! Thankfully Ms. Abitz fixed everything for me and salvaged the deal. She was efficient, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you Ms. Abitz!

Ms. Abitz assisted me with the purchase of a condo through short sale. This was the biggest purchase of my life and probably the most important decision of my life, as well. I couldn’t be happier with Ms. Abitz’ service.
I had multiple issues prior to retaining Ms. Abitz. The condo owner wouldn’t respond, the bank didn’t send the right documents, my realtor was useless, and overall the process was just not moving. I hired Ms. Abitz in May of 2012 after 9 months of fighting these crooks on my own, and not even six weeks later we had closed. It’s all about results, and that’s what Ms. Abitz got for me. If I hadn’t made the decision to go to this firm, I’m not sure if I would have ever purchased my home.
Bottom Line: professional, results-​oriented legal team at more than fair prices. This one’s a no-​brainer.

DO NOT HIRE! Marcy and her hack team of attorneys do not respond to emails or calls, do not follow up with your cases, and give you false information.
Biggest mistake I have ever made was to hire this attorney. She is a scam artist that doesn’t do anything to protect her clients or their interests. I am now paying an extra 2 grand in court fees because she did not do her job.
STAY AWAY.
