For me to complain about a McDonald’s means it’s pretty bad. I live in the area. Of the 3 near by, it’s the slowest. It’s always«out» of what I want. They don’t serve shakes past 7PM apparently or maybe they were just«out» again. Once again I must say they are the slowest. 20 mins from menu to window for breakfast is unacceptable. I kick myself for going everytime because it’s closest. Better off at the one on Stirling which is super busy, but much faster.

Came to drive thru at 4 am for coffee. After no answers in speaker position for 5 minutes and bexause Computer on drive thru was broken, I drove to the windows. Sat there 10 minutes watching the crew mop the floor. They pretended not to see me and never acknowledge me. The restaurant is «open» I left no coffee

All I can say is check your order before you leave. Time after time I’ve had to look in the bag and the order is wrong. I have to clearly explain to any of the cashiers what I want. Some look puzzled or lost. Even a manager the other day looked lost. I see she punches everything in and I look at my receipt and it’s correct. But once I get the food, it’s all wrong. I clearly ask for a «Sausage McMuffin with White Eggs» they give me with no sausage. Or I ask the same thing and then they give me the eggs in a separate container. I know it’s McDonald’s and I know what to expect. But come on… these mistakes are constant.

The reviews of this place are jacked. First clue not to trust a review: they say it’s the«worse» place they’ve ever been in «they’re» whole life. You can’t spell, I can’t trust your ill advising palate. B.) It’s a McDonalds. What the hell did you expect? And even so– my order was placed super fast– I just go there for a damn egg Mcmuffin and coffee, and I’m drive thru till I die, let’s put that in the mix but it’s raining– that’s no fun. I get to window one… very polite, wishes me a good day, quick service. Then two: the manager delivered my food, arm braving the storm, flower pin on her short sleeve, collared, button down, hair did, and smiling huge. You all need to chill out with your high ass standards. Go to a supposed«5 Star restaurant,» pay $ 100 for a meal, then come back here, and you’ll see what actual bad service feels like. Weirdoes. I’m lovin it. The muffin– not your reviews.

Definitely the worse McDs ever seen. Never ever felt like anyone wanted to be there or liked their job. Cashier thrust change at me and said, here you go. Food server demanded receipt, shoved bag at me. No one said anything remotely like thank you. Fifteen minutes to get sandwich and fries. All servers shuffling their feet with zombie like faces, slowly making their way through their job. Management has certainly failed here. Food was exactly what you would expect. Requests for ketchup were met with disbelief and the«you want what?!?» Save frustrations for important things and go anywhere else.

After reading the prior reviews of this location, I was anticipating the worst McDonald’s ever. That was not the case upon my inside dining visit on a Saturday morning just before 8AM. It was not very busy at that hour and I was attended to quickly. The only minor distraction was that the cashier had to shuffle into another cash drawer for my proper change, but that didn’t warrant the loss of a point and my food turned up as she dropped the change in my hand. Sandwich was hot and the potato wedge was done nicely. My OJ was fresh and cold. Floors and tables were clean, and a staff member was even sweeping about the front even at that hour of the morning. Rest assured, this location is as good the majority of others so don’t hesitate to stop for a visit.

The worst McDonalds their is, if it can’t get any worse. Go to sterling road. It’s 2 min away. In and out with a great attitude. That other one is always broken down or has some issue where they can’t serve you and its brand new…(as I scratch my head) that mc d’s late night DOESNOTWORK. I’m a late night customer. Why should I have to drive cpl miles to the same company and get better service 90% of the time when I live closer to the other one. hahahaha… What a f@&$ing joke. Did I express how new the other one is. With way less traffic at night. No excuse. Even the hamburgler would be disgusted

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Just stopped by because it’s late and wanted something quick. It was not quick at all!!! No one even responded through the drive thru! I drove up to the window and this old white lady just looked up and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there! Drove up to the next window and the lady took my order. Turns out when I received my order the packaging for a simple McChicken was left wide open and thrown in my bag cold. Not only that I got 9 pieces out of 10 Mcnuggets. They have loser, low life people working at this establishment that can’t even do a simple task and count or properly place food in a bag! Imagine if that was there food they’re eating! If you’re going to have a job, DOITRIGHT. Lazy ass people.

We were pressed for time to see a movie at 12:30PM and decided to grab something quick at this McDonald’s. We placed our order at 11:10. This restaurant just switched from the breakfast menu; we ordered lunch: Cheeseburger Meal and Southern Style Chicken Meal. The food came fairly fast. We sat to eat. The food was cold. Cold? Impossible. They just started cooking lunch items! The plus was the pickle on the cheeseburger was crisp! You know the food is cold if the pickle is crisp. I returned to the counter and asked for the Manager. 1st person to come over was«a manager» in blue shirt. I knew there was a white shirted manager and asked for her. She was giving me an eye, attitude, as she turned the corner heading for the counter. There was no apology forthcoming, no offer of a refund. She took the tray and drink, snapped her fingers, and told us to leave. I have never had fingers snapped at me. Odd experience. I can now cross off«finger snap» and«thrown out of McDonald’s» on my Bucket List. McDonald’s wonders why sales are down? Horrible cold food. Rude and disrespectful, finger snapping«Manager.» We won’t visit here again.

Forget it about it. No hope for these McDonald’s. Poor management all aroud. Drive thru is slow even they got two lanes. Can’t get the orders correctly. Can’t believe how it can fall so badly so fast.

Place looks like new outside but it is dirty inside. Long line one person at the register. If was another McDonald’s close by i would leave.
