HORRIBLE. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this lying business. They are very unprofessional telling lie after lie. Rolls broke down with HOT air blowing in 83 degree weather. Had a dispute with Am X and they lied thru their teeth to them also. Ignorant people. They really should not be allowed to run a business while sending out shoddy cars, should have known when I saw them on Help me Howard. The driver even knew about the Rolls not having cold air, the Bride, her dad and the driver were all sweating profusely. The driver even stated that they always break down. Just ridiculous.

Please please please BE AWARE. this company is a Fraud. I rated 1 Star because I can’t rate ZERO. I reserved a Rolls Royce for my wedding day. The car had no AC and Red carpet was not provided as promised. I had called 5 times prior to confirm and i was told that I would have it. I called to complain after my honeymoon, and this lady called Jamie was really unprofessional and started telling me a bunch of lies. First she said I wasn’t in the system and then that she needed to have a receipt which was not provided by the driver, and asked me about a contract that was never mentioned during the conversations on the phone and told me that the contract was on the website but she never mentioned or sent it to me and ended up telling me that it was my responsibility to ask for it. First she put me on hold in the middle of the conversation and then she comes back saying that the reason she put me on hold was to confirm with the driver that the AC was working fine. Then when I mentioned about the red carpet she said that she didn’t have any proof of payment and that I wasn’t in the system. Wait a minute… Now I’m not in the system? She was the one who told me that the driver said the AC worked fine and he drove me from Doral to Miami and now she says he doesn’t remember the service and she has no proof of payment. Bunch of lies and she put me on hold again. I told her that she wasn’t being professional and this was not a nice way to treat her clients. She wouldn’t let me talk and would put me on hold that’s when I told her that I was going to call Help Me Howard. She hung up on me. I called again to try to talk to someone else and that’s when Daniel picks up the phone and didn’t even wanted to listen to me and said that he would give a F to Help me Howard which he repeated 3 times WTF WTF dont give a F and hung up. I tried to call 3 other times and they would pick up and hang up. So this explains what type of customer service this people have. So if you want to take the risk to hire this unprofessional people, pray that your service will go smooth otherwise this is the type of customer service you get. Bad company, bad people, bad service!!! never again!!! I just don’t understand how people like this are still in business!!! please spread the word, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

The most horrible customer service. Promised many things which were not delivered. And when we asked about what compensation they’d give us for not following through with their contract, they charged us an extra 100 on card on file. Beware!!!

These people are scam artists, and their customer service is TERRIBLE. I contacted Millenium Limo about getting a limo for my wedding. They said the fee would be $ 100 per hour plus gratuity. We went ahead and reserved the limo for 6 hours. I then received an invoice for $ 865! Not at all what we discussed. The bill included a $ 150 «service charge» and a $ 115 fee for «other charges.» When I asked what the fees were for, I was told that the $ 115 «other charges» was for gas and tolls. The service we reserved included being transported a total of 10.5 miles with no tolls what so ever. That’s hardly $ 115 in gas! They also said the $ 150 «service charge» was for gratuity, which equates to 25% of the rate I was originally quoted. The whole point of gratuity is to reward good service, at MY discretion. If you’re automatically tacking on 25% before I’ve used your service, what guarantee do I have that the service will be any good? No one mentioned any of these extra charges to me until after I provided them with my credit card information. I canceled my reservation and will not me using this company for my wedding. Clearly this is a recurring problem, judging by the other terrible reviewed on Unilocal and the Better Business Bureau. People should be aware that they will be lied to and taken advantage of by this company!

We booked a chrysler limo and a rolls royce for our wedding at $ 590 which included tax and tip for the date of 2-​23-​2013. The Rolls was contracted out for 3 hours (4:00p-7:00p) to include red carpet, champagne and pictures with the bridal party after the ceremony. The driver, Michel, was also given an additional $ 100 as extra tip to ensure that he stayed. The driver never provided us with the red carpet or the champagne and he started his vehicle and left during the middle of our ceremony. On Tuesday 2-​26-​2013, I called the company to report the issues that we had with the service. They told me that they would call the driver and call me back. I never received a call. Later that evening we discovered that my father’s credit card was charged $ 738. He signed a slip for $ 600. I called the next day, 2-​27-​2013, and was told that the manager was out of town and that they would leave him a message. Since then, I have made calls on 2-​28-​2013 and 3-​1-​2013 and no one answers or they tell me that someone will call me back.

I had been a loyal customer to this limo company threw them my business during my 2^nd trip in Miami only to feel violated and scammed by their failed service. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
This is my first review ever on Unilocal,but I feel compelled to prevent people from making the bad decision that I did on May 28^th. 5 friends and I booked a limousine for a night on the town where the limousine would take us around the town as directed.
First, the driver Steve refused to take us where we wanted to go as directed. Then the limo broke down at a BP station all night, we were stuck there literally for over 4 hours waiting for another limo to come pick us up. No reason he did not want to take us anywhere because the limousine could not run all night.
A new limo driver picked us up and dropped us off at home at 6am in the morning. The drivers told us that we had to take up the charges with the company. I spoke with the manager of the company who promised not to charge my account. When I returned home they charged me the full amount and refused to uphold their word of not charging me.
Further, the company requires that you sign your signature slip before they provide any service. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING AHEAD OF TIME. They added money to that slip and charged me for it. They then sent it along to my bank as validation for charging me.
Everyone’s account here is true… stay away.

I had a blast! I used Millenium for my bachelorette party, it was the best part of my whole night. I felt like a princess in that Bentley Edition Chrysler limo. The lights and the music made us feel like we were in our own little club. The driver was so much fun and catered to our every wish. Going with this company was the best idea for my party! Thanks!

Where do I begin? I wrote a very long review on The Knot about what this company did to me and my father also because I’m so disgusted. No AC, no manners, no directions — went a super long way while almost breaking down in a «Rolls Royce» knockoff, late ceremony, sent wrong bus (30 pass. even though I paid for a 54 pass.), missed my own after-​party at my wedding while staying behind with my husband and 10 other guests for TWO HOURS because they refused standers on the too-​small bus!!! No champagne as promised, so much more. My dad called Visa to dispute the charges and Visa got a letter back from Millenium’s owner claiming all these lies, saying that the AC was working fine, my dad didn’t pay til after the wedding… REALLY?! I recall sitting in the car that was turned OFF in 90 deg. weather in my HOT wedding dress, then with an attitude the driver finally turned the on «AC» (tiny hose trickling out air) for me while my dad was straightening out the bill BEFORE the ceremony. Also claimed they called us several times and we «refused» to answer the phone — LIE… leave a message if you’d like to get in touch with us, HELLO?! We’d GLADLY call back. A bunch of crooks. Ruined my wedding night and when I called, Omar listened to only HALF of my story and interrupted me saying he’d call me back and never did. No apology, no compassion. MILLENIUM SUCKS!

I used them for a wedding. They showed up 25 min late. (They claimed there was lots of traffic, but there was none.)
The limo had only water… not champagne or soda as promised. The driver told me the limo didn’t come with any of that, but it clearly does on the website.
The price I was originally quoted was not what what charged.
They did not have the red carpet.
The driver was supposed to drop off the wedding party at the reception and then pick up the bride and groom from a parking lot across the street so that the bride and groom could take limo pictures. The driver took 20 min to turn the limo around for the pick up across the street. The bride and groom almost walked.

well as it turns out as I figured, user was involved with the company, sent me 2 more emails then CALLED ME! WTF WTF WTF, was rude to me, this is someone supposedly trying to resolve my issue…
You know what its TOO LATE.
BTW WTF call me again and I’ll consider it harassment.
