We reported Precision Home Inspectors to the BBB and Mitch Fineglas forgot to mention in his response to the BBB that he was a friend of the realtor working for the seller. Therefore, he overlooked a series of problems to favor his friend Alex Bruno. He never mentioned that there were dogs and birds in the house; he only mentioned discoloration on one area of the house – the fireplace. He did not care to inquire with the owners about the so called discoloration. We have hired two different contractors to buff and burnish the floors and their first comment was this was caused by humidity – it is very clear that urine caused humidity since the floors are saturated with urine and feces. If Fineglas does not know the difference between discoloration and humidity, he should change careers. However, he never mentioned in his fraudulent inspection report that the discoloration was caused by humidity – discoloration is caused by the sun in areas were furniture was placed for a long time. Discoloration is light, humidity is black and the hardwood floors are full of black spots. The tenants he refers to were the owners of the house; therefore, it was not in their best interest to damage the house. Fineglas mentioned that the shower door did not close, however, that does not have anything to do with the leakage of the shower those are two different problems. Fineglas mentioned that there was one screen damaged, there were eight. We recently met with his friend the realtor, Alex Bruno and he recommended that we proceed to sue Fineglas for his bias inspection and also he mentioned that Fineglas is insured and licensed, therefore, his insurance should cover for our expenses. At any point Fineglas mentioned that his inspection was guaranteed for a certain number of months or days. Fineglas has to pay us at least $ 10,000 to replace the floors in the whole house. Our lawyer contacted the Department of Public Health and the InterNACHI; currently they are investigating why Fineglas did not test for mold? Even though on his webpage he advertises he is a mold inspector or at least why he did not recommend that we hire someone to test for it. Feces and urine is a health hazard. If the Department of Public Health and InterNACHI finds Fineglas liable for his bias inspection his business is at serious risk. I have the report where he did not mention any of the issues we are claiming. It was very unethical of Fineglas to accept a job recommended by his friend Alex Bruno, whom was the agent of the seller. In his previous response to the BBB he only mentioned I was recommended by a friend, and neglected to mention such friend was the agent of the seller. If Fineglas does not settle with us we will keep this case open with the BBB. We have already been contacted by local media to be interviewed so they can show the filthy black stains all over the house so other potential clients are aware of his unethical standards and avoid the risk of having the same health hazard that he put us through. Fineglas in his response to the BBB mentioned that he does not know what else to do about our claim — what about if you MAN UP and accept responsibility and paid for the financial and health expenses you caused us to favor your friend Alex Bruno from Remax and our realtor Maria E. Salgado from Sotheby’s International in Ft. Lauderdale, This home inspection was a wink, wink — I will pass the inspection with flying colors so you can sell this filthy house and keep on giving me more business my pal. You are an unethical dishonest man because you knew there was a conflict of interest by accepting work from the agent working for the seller but rest assured that you will be fined by the Department and Public Health and InterNACHI, otherwise we will see you in court. I forgot to mention you should be aware that South Florida is full of crooks
