Set an appointment for a Monday gender reveal. We both took off work and planned to make the 2 hour trip from the Florida keys only to be called on Sunday. To hear that they would not be able to do it on the day the appointment was setup for with no explanation. They should have to pay us for cancelling with in 24 hours. Plus now its Sunday and everyone is closed. So we can’t setup an appointment any where else. Thanks «bonding site»! For nothing. You really show great customer service. Would give you a zero if i could.

I would not recommend this place. Our little girl was covering her face during the ultrasound, however, we were okay with it because we purchased a package that included a «baby guarantee». Luckily our baby moved her arm for a split second and the technician was able to take a pic, but her umbilical cord was across her face. Needless to say we didn’t get one decent picture and were told that if we wanted to come back that we would have to pay again! I would never pay for the service at this location again due to the fact that they did not uphold their guarantee. We were looking forward to this ultrasound for weeks and left completely disappointed.

I can’t thank enough for the wonderful experience. I had an ultrasound at 30 weeks pregnant to see my little one in 3d and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Very professional and patience to ensure you have a wonderful experience. The accommodations are super clean and modern. The ultrasound room is very spacious to take your family. I took my mom, dad and sister with me. Very happy! See at 35 weeks.
