The Learning Express in Holmdel is an OUTSTANDING store! From the amazing staff down to the toys they are always there to help. My family & I feel so warm & comfortable every time we go. My kids are so happy when they walk in that door because of how personable & friendly everyone is there. They have amazing things on the weekend for the kids & family’s to enjoy all together! Learning express in holmdel is hands down my family’s #1 Toy Store! I also have to mention the owner who is truly helpful in every way & always does her very best for that store. Anyone & everyone who is in this area should definitely shop here. You will never go anywhere else!

Love this place!!! The staff is always so helpful. The variety is much better than the larger stores… Good quality merchandise versus the commercial «stuff» you get at say TRU our Wal-​Mart. I was at a loss trying to get a Lego set during Christmas madness which was on sale at Target, but nowhere to be found online or in– store. What’s the point of a sale if you can’t find the product??? Here, prices are comparable, and with coupons from KidStuff or flyers/​mailers, you get an even better deal. Plus, the owner is a doll. She remembers you, knows what your kid likes, and isn’t always pushing you to buy anything, which makes for a great buying experience especially when you’re just in there to browse and «add things to the wish list.» You could tell that customer service really matters when they even offer complimentary gift wrapping (and not crappy free gift wrapping), reserve products for you (and call you when hot items are available), and even keep a box of items you want for an upcoming party.

Great store! Love their hockey and active toys! Go Rangers! The owner is hands on and knowledgeable about all the products. The staff always greet you with a smile. Free gift wrapping and tons of toys to play with! Love this hidden gem!

Learning Express Toys of Holmdel is an awesome store. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. I am always able to find what I need there. When I’m looking for a hard to find item, like shopkins, I go to Learning Express first!!!

Terrible customer service — the owner is rude and doesn’t know how to treat the customers properly. Very unorganized and doesn’t know much about the products. All she does is try and sell you the product for her benefit of the store. I will never spend another dime at that store!!!
