A bunch of my friends are regulars at Davidson’s so whenever I’m with that group we usually go here. It’s pretty much a sports bar, but the inside feels a little nicer than that. We were there for the(uninteresting to me) Blackhawks game, so there was a fair amount of people. There was Bud Light and Miller light in buckets for $ 12, which isn’t a bad deal. No other specials that I was aware of. We actually did get food this time around. I had the tilapia fish tacos and a friend had the filet sliders. My fish tacos were just alright. The fish was«blackened» and I felt that it probably would have been better sautéed or lightly breaded/fried. The filet sliders were apparently pretty good, my friend said they would be awesome if they had cheese or something else on them. My friends have a couple designated servers, the one we had tonight was very nice and deals with our often loud and disorganized group often. Overall an alright experience. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Davidson’s is a neat local bar. It has a good layout for its size; no space is wasted. I brings people of various age groups in the bar scene. It has tons of T.V.‘s so your not stuck on just one sport. The wait staff is very nice and patient. The atmosphere is pleasant and its food is good for bar food. Davidson’s is worth a visit if your ever in the Homer Glen area.

Went here after work with a couple buddies. Girl working bar was horrible. She was drunk and serving guests. Watched her take 3 shots. If the owner or manager has any questions they can message me.

The bartender was wasted. She took forever to get us drinks then charged me double and the manager, Pete, took offense and threatened me when i complained. They serve minors and have terrible service. Every time ive been there it has take over 20 minutes between getting each drink. This place will never see a dime from me again.

Came here for the first time a couple weeks ago for a late dinner on a Sunday. Fairly small location with a ton of TVs for watching sports. There were quite a few people drinking at the bar and watching the Hawks game. I would say this place is more of a bar than a restaurant, but they do have quite a few tables in the«dining area.» I ordered burger sliders with fries and my husband had a streak sandwich with tots. My burgers were decent, nothing special but good. The fries are not that great, but not a big deal, and they do have an option for waffle fries which I probably should have got. My husband loved his steak sandwich and the tots were great(I stole a few…). All in all a good experience. Would probably come back to drink at the bar as it seems like a nice relaxed location, great for sports watching.

Completely standard bar and grill type place. Stopped in here one day when La Crêpe was too busy to seat us. Not much to say, it’s a perfectly normal sports bar. TVs on all the walls. Pretty good burgers and tacos and such. A decent number of beer options. Service was pretty slow.

Have been here several times — food has been tasty each time. It’s nice to get right into a restaurant on a Friday or Saturday night w out having to wait. I’ve had the fish tacos which were delish, the paninis are fantastic, fish and chips are good, we’ve also have had the three dip appetizer and brushetta which were both really tasty. They have a great menu selection and the prices are great! Would definitely recommend to try this one out!

I haven’t been to Davidson’s in years. It it nicer than I remember inside. This was a day trip so I don’t know if it still turns into a Euro night clubs at night(never actually did but it sure felt like it).One can hope it doesn’t. It still a nice bar and the food is great. I really enjoyed it and my beer was poured perfectly. The bartender was efficient and nice enough. Nothing remarkable about the staff but definitely better than average. I always forget about this place and will have to put in a real effort to remember that it’s here. The food is good, the drinks are solid and it’s spacious enough that you can enjoy yourself but not so open that it feels like you are drinking in a warehouse. It’s a nice atmosphere and I enjoyed my late lunch. Enough to remind me why I once frequented this establishment and make me come back again to check it out at night.

Used to go here all the time, but my friends and I have decided recently we were not going to give this place any more of our money. We used to come here multiple times per week spending at least $ 50 each visit. Each time we have gone the service got worse and worse. The last two times we went we got the same rude server. She was far from friendly or pleasant. We asked if we could substitute shrimp for chicken and her response was«…I guess.» It was so uncomfortable. Many of the girls there are great and so friendly, but there are a few with attitudes. If you ask me, anyone with an attitude problem shouldn’t be working in the service industry. They are representatives of your restaurant. and making you lose business.

Don’t waste your time. Food is bland and overpriced not enough to fill you up. I had the taco special. They were flavorless & only came with chips.

Excellent food, staff and very relaxed atmosphere. Management is very responsive to questions and the service is excellent. Davidson’s is different because the food is prepared fresh and the specials are always changing; you don’t find this type of quality in many of the local restaurants. I give Davidson’s 5 stars, it’s simply the best place in Homer Glen and Orland in this category, hands down.

I live in Homer Glen, and like to frequent Davidson’s with my kids to get some good burgers, beer, and watch the games. I’ve never had a problem finding parking or getting seated. In fact, I left Orland Park after waiting 1 hour to get into Red Robin on a Sunday night with my kids and came here. Got right in, great service, and food was brought right away!

Nice place, can be a little hard to find tucked in the back corner of a strip mall but worth the stop. Stopped in to meet some friends for drinks, eats and music. They had a band playing pretty good music. The food was delicious, we ordered the calamari and it was very tasty. I went for the shrimp taco special. Wow! is this really a bar. These were outstanding, full of flavor and left me wanting more. Our server was amazing, she was on top of everything. I will return

Driven by here for the last 8 years and never knew this place was here? A friend asked if we wanted to chow and catch the Hillbilly band playing on a Friday night. We had the seat by the window and everyone was going out to have a smoke. A little annoying when it’s 6 degrees out. The waitress was Lucy Lightning! As soon as it came out of your mouth, she was screeching away to retrieve it. The special was shrimp tacos, which everyone got and loved. I wanted the Pub burger with a fried egg on it. Now the burger was cooked to perfection and had a wonderful taste. But the egg must have been fried in a vat of oil. Because I couldn’t touch the bread or take a bite without having to wipe the oil off of my face and hands. It was on the menu and I had to have it. But the 4 stars is for the service and the atmosphere! Will be back for more!

Super nice in here and good drink specials! Love their outside seating! Very clean! Although I did order nachos that had a hair in them and then I ordered a salad that also had a hair in it. Not a fan of that. I didn’t complain because I felt bad for our server who seemed to be serving the whole inside and outside. All in all the place is very nice and maybe I’ll give the food a second chance ;)

Nice, clean, modern local bar and grill. There’s a big oval bar with TVs on every wall. Service is very good and this is a great place to hang out. I’ve had the food a few times and it was better than average bar food. Probably the best bar and grill in the area.

Want here for first time even though I live pretty close. It’s easy to pass by, being ever taken by the Dominick’s nearby. It’s more of a bar with food, which isn’t bad. Started with $ 3 beer with a wide variety to choose from. Then onto the buffalo wings, extra hot, which were reasonably hot for a non-ethnic place. I almost said«honky» but didn’t want to offend. Burger and fries were standard issue. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Good spot to fill your belly and have a drink. Bland review mirrors the bland experience.
