Just to be clear they only received one star because Unilocal wouldn’t let me post no stars. I got there info today called and scheduled an estimate for repair or replace at 2:49pm. Less than one hour later at 3:27pm I got a phone call telling me they needed a credit card on file for any possible repairs. I reminded the person on the phone this was an estimate for repair or replace not a repair. I then got a phone call at 7:57pm from a sales rep confirming the appointment for an address I don’t live at and he never got it apologized for getting it wrong. He went into his spiel about coming to give me an estimate for replacement only and I promptly stopped him. I told him it was an estimate for a repair and or possible replacement if needed. The sales rep then said well I can give you that estimate now and told me it will cost me $ 125.00 /hour with a minimum of 2.0hrs and parts would be extra. My issue is who gives an estimate like this with out looking to see what the issue is? Who gives an estimate with out getting accurate info. I understand it was negative degrees with a windchill in the –30’s last week how ever that does not explain why my fence was not performing accurately the week before. If you didn’t want to come to my area of Chicago say so. What a waste of my time!

Still no response. I had phone contact with them in April and they told me they were getting back up and running and would put my warranteed fence repairs on their list and would be out in a couple of weeks. since then many phone calls not answered and many emails not answered. So I have fence posts coming out of the ground and two gates that will not shut correctly. Still a terrible business, avoid them at all costs.
