Having assisted births for three years before becoming a professionally trained doula, Lila decided to dedicate her life to nurturing and offering support to women as a labor and postpartum doula.
She beliefs that all women are strong and capable, and enjoys helping them achieve their envisioned births, as well as having a smooth postpartum period.
She is happy to be a Miami doula!
