Contracted with me in writing. Showed up four days after said they would. Told me they forgot to call me because they got so busy on another project. (Yes, I called them asking where they were) Finally arrived and I was pleased to get it underway even with the delay.
After conversing amongst themselves for 20 minutes Ronnie says to me point blank, we can not do this job for the price we discussed. I did not include assembly in that price, this job will take three days. I pulled out the contract which clearly states assemble and installation of cabinets, cabinets not included. He says, I’m right but he cant do it, shakes my hand and leaves because I won’t pay more than stated in our contract.
Just to be clear the quote and contract price were based on an in person meeting at my condo and he saw the Plans, the kitchen was designed on IKEA software. Nothing changed from when he quoted me through today when he decided not to work for the contracted price.
