Palm Breeze At Keys Gate

I signed up through a renters web site to receive alerts on any apartments or townhomes that became available in my area. A few days later I received a call from Nancy, a leasing agent at Palm Breeze, asking me if I was still interested in renting a property. I said yes and my spouse and I met up with her the next day. We met with Nancy, who was very professional, courteous and provided exceptional customer service. The townhomes that she showed us were very nice from the outside and in. She went above and beyond by recommending a lakeside property to us, which is the one that we went with. The approval process took no time at all. She called me on a Monday to set up the appointment, showed us the property, had us fill out an application and return it with a few more documents that were easy to obtain, and by Friday of that same week, we had the keys in our hands. Nancy was super nice to my family and involved our kids in the decision making process. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family and will absolutely send them to Nancy.
