I’ve been going to this location for over 8 years and paying by kiosk. Today I went in to pay my bill and I find out that their kiosk procedure has changed. I now need to enter a passcode. So I’m standing looking confused and a manager finally notices me. I ask what the passcode means and he tells me. Again, a confused look. He then tells me that everyone had gotten an email and/or text with one. I didn’t. Never got an email nor a text about this. I accidentally let the word ‘shit’ slip and he gives me the whole respect speech. I let the word slip again and a second manager tells me that I don’t watch my language, they’re calling the authorities. This is how they treat customers who have been with them for over 8 years. A little slip of the tongue and they’ll force you out of the store. This is poor customer service. I should also add that no one approached or greeted me when I entered the store. I definitely will not be returning to this location and may switch my provider.

What happen to AT&T! The salesman use to fight to satisfy their customers, Now they just act like robots. I had At&t services for 4yrs & had never missed a payment, until I lost my job & had to cancel them. To make a long story short. When I got back on my feet. I went back to AT&T for new services, and they said all I had to do was pay 448.18, so when paid them, they turned around then told me that I had to pay a deposit of 750.00REALLY! & plus the phone. Verizon only wants a deposit of $ 400. & plus the phone What a shame. I’m done with them. So fuck AT&T with a dogs dick! Yes! I am that pissed!!!

The customer service here is awful! First off, no one ever answers the phone here so you HAVE to physically come into the store to handle your business. Second, the agents will promise you anything and everything to make a sale, such as a rebate or discount on your first bill. I called my customer service rep 3 times and left 3 different messages on his work provided cell and he never called me back. The manager was also supposed to call me for the same issue I was having regarding a credit that I was waiting on and he never did either. Absolutely awful people to deal with!

I went into this store because I bought an iPad and needed more informant on the AT&T service that I purchased. My specific question: where do I find on my iPad the amount of usage i have left? The woman that helped me had a slight attitude and literally no one in the store knew how to help me… Including managers. I was basically forced to go back to Best Buy, out of my way mind you, to have them answer my questions. I’m very disappointed with my service. My phone carrier is through Verizon and it wil stay that way due to the incompetence of the employees at this location.
