I highly recommend Hatfield Auto. Great service, fair prices, and most importantly they are honest and I trust them. Trent has always been extremely helpful and taken the time to explain what needs to be done and why.

FANTASTIC service. I’m thrilled with the customer service at Hatfield. This is our first time using Trent and team, but we will most certainly be back. After taking our Yukon for a 100K service at the dealer, they came back with an estimate FAR exceeding what we were willing to pay. Alarmed and disheartened, I’m thrilled to have stumbled upon this Homewood gem. Hatfield not only met our expectations, but far exceeded them. Trent thoughtfully explained the scope of work, and was happy to give estimates for each portion. I really appreciated his patience and kind nature. Sometimes auto repair businesses are intimidating for a female, but not Hatfield! Their speedy service, willingness to help, and fair prices are obviously a formula for continued success. We’ll be back, and we’ll definitely be telling all of our friends about our exceptional experience with this local business.

I’ve been going to Hatfield’s for a few years now and you can’t get better service. They are the best! Every time I need something fixed, they explain what they need to do and ask me if I would like to move ahead with that plan. I really appreciate them talking me through everything. I have gone to a couple other places around town, and even though they may be a bit more inexpensive compared to Hatfield’s, I have found that I end up going right back to Hatfield’s to get the job done appropriately.

Many years ago our regular mechanic closed, and a friend hooked on cars recommended Hatfield’s. We have been very pleased, and go nowhere else. We drive our cars into the ground before replacing, and Trent and his staff are invaluable in keeping us on the road. Yes, some repairs have been expensive, but I have also gone in expecting to spend hundreds and he KNEW it, but got the call that it was a $ 30 repair. He often saves the part for us to show us exactly what happened, and whether we could have prevented it.
On the rare occasion we buy something new (or newer), Trent is always willing to look a used car over for us or discuss his experience with different models and manufacturers. He has saved us thousands more than once.

I like to support local businesses whenever possible, so if the price is reasonably close, I’ll give the guy around the corner a whirl.
So imagine how pleased I was when I was trying to replace the battery on our Ford and found that Hatfields was cheaper than Wal-​Mart, NTB, or NAPA. I mean, by about twenty bucks.
I mean, I did have to actually put the battery in, but that took all of five minutes. Let’s hear it for the small businessman.

Nice guys who seem to be honest. SLIGHTLY on the high side with the price, but considering I’ve never had reason to question their integrity or the quality of their work I should not complain.
I’ve had work done there twice, and I’ll continue to go. If you’re new to the area and want to make sure you don’t get ripped off, this is a good place to go.
