I had to have my brake pads and rotors replaced. I used to take my car to the dealer but after years of shoddy service I decided to try a neighborhood shop. I’ve always drove past John’s for years and figured since they’ve been in business for so many years they must be reputable. The owner, John, did not disappoint. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day and the price was very reasonable. John was friendly and accommodating. A week later my new brakes were squeaking and John said to bring it in and he’d look at them. He ended up replacing the rotors just to ease my mind. It took less than an hour and he didn’t charge me. Very happy and will definitely be back for future repairs.
