Attorney Ernest B. Fenton is the founder and Managing Partner of the Law Office of Ernest B. Fenton (LOEBF). As Managing Partner, Attorney Fenton manages a team of attorneys, paralegals and support staff while overseeing the various practice groups of the firm. The LOEBF is a rapidly expanding firm which services clients throughout Chicago and the surrounding communities. The primary areas of practice are: Civil Litigation (with a heavy concentration in foreclosure defense and contract litigation); Transactional (focusing on residential and commercial real estate and general corporate transactions); Estate Planning; and Bankruptcy.
