Pearle Vision

i have had nothing but problems with this place. its saving grace is an employee whose name i forget, talita or something similar. very nice and helpful lady. because of her it would have been two stars, but now with the issue of them using my benefit, even though i dont have any product, 0 stars would even out their rating better. i dont even know where to begin with the disorganization and subpar customer service that goes on here. they even upped my contact prescription by .25 because they didnt know my contacts came in quarter variations, but thought they came in .5 variations. my own fault for trying a different place closer to my house. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. maybe this place better suits people who make their appointments through the phone and only gets glasses that they will buy through them.
if you go, i hope with all my might your experience is better than mine, just ridiculous.

My daughter was in need of a new prescription. We went to this Pearle and the team was awesome!!! The doctor was thorough and new how to communicate with my young adult. The sales team new how to process our insurance and expedited the experience. We had my daughter’s new lenses in about an hour! Great Team!

My Father is on a fixed income; He stopped by Pearl Vision this month (July 2011) and asked to have his new prescription placed in his frames. The person assisting him told him the cost would be $ 75. My Father commented «wow; that is expensive» the attended responded «if you don’t like the price you can go else where» My Father left and decided a couple of days later to just go ahead and pay the $ 75 the shop was very convenient to his home. On his return another person was assisting and quoted my Father it would be $ 90 for the new prescription to be placed in his frames. My Father told her he was quoted $ 75. She responded with «If you don’t like it go elsewhere.» I might be partial but my Father is one of the nicest, easy going guys around. I can’t believe they treat customers so rudely as well as NO respect for a mature person. There are so many other places to choose to purchase eye wear. I suggest not spending your $ here.
