Our display panel went out on our 2012 Focus. We brought it in to Van Drunen, the dealership we have bought almost all our cars from (go see Ken Crowe, he is FANTASTIC) to have it fixed. It was a tricky repair so Bruce, the general manager, gave us a car to use until everything was fixed. Bruce couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He gets an A+++++++ from our family. And now our car is working as good as new!

Great place. I didn’t purchase a car here but I had my rear bumper fixed and it’s not even a Ford car. They didn’t over charge and didn’t pressure me to do anything else. They charged right on point and also cleaned the inside of my car! They were fast, faster than their prediction. They said 2 days but were finished in one. They’re also very nice. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone, Ford owner or not.

Tom Schultz was the salesman I saw to look at 2013 Ford Fusions. He is seriously the best! I didn’t feel pressured at all and he answered all my questions honestly and was extremely patient, especially since both my Mom and I were there and we can be full of questions!
Tom really worked to get the exact car that I wanted, and yes, I absolutely bought a 2013 Fusion from him and Van Drunen Ford. It was so stress free!
I had visited other Ford dealers closer to my home, and they were full of your typical salesman, just trying to get another sale. Tom really wanted to make sure that not only did I get the car I wanted, but that it was a pleasant experience as well.

I visited this dealership not having a clue what I really wanted to buy. I test drove a wagon, an SUV, and a sedan.
All the while, the salesperson, Tom Preusser, was very patient, did not ask me too many questions, repeated when I didn’t understand.
When I finally figured out what I wanted, and we sat down in his office to work on financing, EVERY single paper was explained to me. I was not rushed, nothing was hidden from me, and I learned a lot about the dealership and its history.
Long story short, this dealership is doing its job RIGHT.
