Awesome service! Dave was very friendly, very flexible with scheduling and fast! He was able to fit my car in his schedule and finish a wash, vacuum & hand wax in less than an hour! Only to have it rain at the end of the day! Nonetheless, great service & will do business with him again!

I have called this place over 5 times during business hours to try to get my car detailed & have never gotten a callback in return. Multiple messages left with my information have gone unanswered. Absolutely terrible service!

You need to know that THE WAX they layer on really is AMAZING. Jason/​Reid detail my car every other week BUT IN BETWEEN that when I wash my car the dirt/​grime that is on the car just wipes off EFFORTLESSLY it SLIDES OFF IN ONE LIGHT SWOOP. It is HARD TO COMPREHEND how the layers of wax that Jason & Reid apply every other week just allows the dirt/​grime to SLIP/​SLIDE right off the car! That REALLY shows you that the WAX really does work! IT IS AMAZING.
I wanted add THIS in because it something YOU really should know.

Jimmy worked miracles on my little car! I had paint transfer on my rear bumper from backing into a wall and was worried that I’d have to have the car repainted. I’m not sure what they did to take the paint off, but it looks like brand new and all for a really reasonable priced car wash. I can’t say enough wonderful things about these guys!

Jason was very professional, friendly and best of all on time. He took great care of my car. When I got my car back it was shinier then when bought it from the dealership. I highly recommend him to everyone. He will even come to your home or place of work to detail your car.

Are you a fanatic car person always keeping your car clean but you never have the time to buff and shine it so that it sparkles in the sun? Then Jason and the 360 Auto Detailing crew (which is probably only Jimmy) are for you!
I own a black Lexus and I really wanted, ex that, NEEDED to get my car clayed and waxed. With so many detailing companies these days, which one to choose? I didn’t want to pay a ridiculous amount as I’ve heard by word of mouth that some places charge an arm and a leg and then some especially for black cars. And I was looking for some place that did things by hand instead (when you throw that monkey wrench in… the number goes down substantially). Browsing at the Hawaiian Miles partners site, I came upon 360 and it was giving 5 miles per dollar (whoa!). Then I stumbled again on an advertisement for them on a credit union site where it listed Hand wash, Hand wax, and so forth. Gave the number a ring and left my message.
A couple days passed and I wondered if the guy who’s voice was on the machine would return my car… and then the next day he called me back. I also new that if this wasn’t a big auto detailing company they were probably swamped with cars and I just had to give it time. But Jason was nice and he explained the package deal to me and answered all the questions that I had. He also was able to book me quickly (he called me on Saturday and I got booked for Monday). The nice thing about their business is that they come to your house to work, island wide, as long as you have some kind of power outlet near your car. And if you don’t, they have loyal customers who let them do their work at their house (how’s that one?!) Since I live in the Salt Lake area and I park in a structure they were able to go to a house up Halawa side to complete the process.
When I got the car back, clayed and waxed, I was simply in awe. No swirl marks (I once had this from this one detailer). Every thing was shiny and sparkling. The car was smooth and clean. I’m so happy with the work they did! Amazing job! I even got a compliment from someone in my complex (and he goes to Capones). The package deal is probably the best for an average of $ 120 for exterior and interior.
So if you’re in the market for auto detailing at a reasonable price and done well, these guys are the way to go!
