NO STARS!!! Only put one because its required. This place is a rip off! First they sell me a phone cover for $ 40 suppose to be brand new out the box, but no when I wasn’t looking they switched it out for the sample one in the showcase! How’d I know? Because the thing didn’t even fit couldn’t charge my phone. I take it back to exchange it and the sales woman starts arguing with me telling me it does fit without even looking at it. Then not even two weeks of having it the flip to keep the cover close rips! I take it back again and they tell me «Oh exchanges are only good after 7 days, and we see that you’ve already had it an exchange once.» Oh man if looks could kill that kid would be dead, but I was so over it I just walk away, and threw the case on the counter. Lol they’ll probably sell it they so hard up for sales.

This place sells cheaply made products at ridiculous prices. The sales staff is pushy, dishonest and down right rude. The sales women said we could bring back the Bluetooth earphones if there were any problems. Well after a few weeks they stopped working. We tried to return them and were informed «no refunds.» This is indeed clearly stated on the receipt, however you are only informed of this AFTER you make the purchase. Incredibly shady business practices and the dreaded girl is rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed in this company that promotes itself as a local business.

Horrible! 0 stars!!! I bought a canvas iphone6 case 6 days ago and the lining has already started to erode, both inside and out. I returned today to the kiosk at Ala Moana mall where I purchased the case, with the receipt, and they would not replace my case! No exchanges or returns for the faulty, badly made case they sold. I paid $ 40 for a piece of unusable crap! The owner knows they are selling total junk, which is why their return policy is what it is. Avoid this place at all costs!

0 STARS… Awful cheap overpriced cases. Terrible customer service. Bought a $ 39.99 iPhone 6+ case with no box that had sticker residue inside it, the employee told me to find a bathroom to clean it. I decided the case was a rip off 5 minutes after buying it and was told «no refunds». After complaining an employee called someone (possibly the owner) on the phone who cut them off in mid sentence only for the employee to tell me again «no refunds». I then researched this stores cases on Amazon and found most of them for $ 3, I then inspected the boxes on the kiosk shelves and found they have no bar codes, poor graphics, no website, nothing but a poorly designed «3RDi» logo.
BOTTOM LINE This company purchases cases for less than $ 5 and re-​packages them for $ 39.99 in cheap home printed boxes. BEWARE, once they swipe your card or get your cash they will not refund it because they just made 10 times what they paid for it.

Rip off… Needed a iPhone 6 case for just now till my heavy duty one comes in from the mainland… Cheapest one they had was $ 29.99… And the anti glare screen protector $ 19.99. Buy from Amazon/​eBay way cheaper., and you don’t have to deal with pushy sales people.

I live in Boston now and was looking for something unique from Hawaii for my i5c case. When on a visit back home, I came across 3RDi gallery at Ala Moana. I found a unique Hawaii case I wanted with a handful of swavorski crystals. They didn’t have one in stock so being that I was leaving that day, I got it mailed to me in Boston. No charge for UPS shipping and I received an email confirmation the next day that it was sent.
The case arrived on a timely basis and the service throughout was great. The art quality and uniqueness definitely stands out. I’ve received a lot of compliments on it. Five stars for both service and product!

I got an iPhone 5 case for Christmas purchased at the Ala Moana kiosk… beautiful case, but it had a small dent and the plastic sides were wearing off. I emailed and told them my situation (I also live in CA). He said he’d mail a replacement out that day. Four days later I have a brand new case! Excellent customer service especially nowadays as it seems to be a lost art form.

I have purchased 5 cases from the Ala Moana kiosk for myself and gifts. The 2 that I got for me BOTH fell apart. The designs are beautiful but the quality of he plastic that is used is not good. They cracked when on my phone and it didn’t even drop. You can see the stress cracks on each corner of the iPhone 5 case and can tell its from a bad fit. I tried to go back to the store but its been 2 weeks so they said can’t help. So inside $ 40 for 2 weeks use. Shop at Amazon where you can return. Or even the Apple store is more understanding in general. Such a disappointment especially since I’ve given them so much business in the past. No more referrals from me :(

3RDi Galleries recently opened on the ground floor of the Pacific Guardian Tower (corner of Kapiolani and Keeaumoku, between Ala Moana Center and Walmart). The gallery is very spacious, so there is a lot of room to move around.
Half of the space is dedicated to cases for mobile devices and tablets, including iPhones, iPads, and Samsung Galaxies. They have a wide variety of styles, from solid color cases, to cases with artist designs, to some really crazy cases — including a case shaped like a popsicle, and one that looks like the top of a sneaker, including real laces! The prices for the cases are reasonable; another customer literally squealed and jumped for joy when she found out the price for a case she really wanted.
The other half of the store comprises a small gallery, showcasing work from a select group of artists. Currently, that group includes Colleen Wilcox, Android Jones, Imaginism Studios (Bobby Chiu and Kei Acedera), Kat Reeder, Scott Hanson, Hisashi Otsuka, and William Horak. 3RDi just got in their new HD aluminum prints, and they look fantastic!
The person who helped me (I think her name was Kerri) was very friendly, and it was evident that she was excited about all of the artwork products. Like me, she is passionate about art, so we talked a bit about the artists in the gallery and about some of the other galleries on the island.
I definitely recommend stopping by, especially if you’re a fan of local artists!
3RDi Galleries’ hours are 10 – 8, Monday through Saturday, and they may be expanding their hours once they hire more staff. Parking in the Pacific Guardian Tower isn’t the greatest, so I suggest parking at Ala Moana Center or Walmart and walking over.
