Excellent Poki, good beer selection. Will be living out of this place for a couple of dinners for sure! Has that local deli counter top feel, but you can get tshirts here too if you need to! Liquor in the front, Poki in the rear!

Dole Plantation too far of a drive for you? Can’t fly to Hilo to get to Mauna Loa for macadamia nuts? Never had a Hi-Chew from Japan? Don’t have a car to get to the local grocery store? Restaurant next door is BYOB and you left your bottle or 6-pack at home? No problem! ABC store has got you covered! If you’re visiting the island, there’s an ABC store to save the day. They sell just about everything you need when you’re in town on vacation or a staycation. In doubt? Check your map. There’s an ABC one block to your left or one block down on your right. They’re everywhere and convenient! This particular shop is just across from the beach and ever-so-popular Outrigger Hotel. It’s really huge and offers such a variety of goods to bring back home. On today’s visit, the small cans of Maui onion and garlic flavored macadamia nuts caught my attention at the entrance. I looked up and was quickly sucked into walking through the entire store. T-shirts on my right, booze on my left, fresh fruit straight away! Forgot to purchase a gift for your BFF on the mainland? They also sell magnets, floral hair clips, and Hello Kitty cuteness. If you’re hungry, they prepare hot meals in the very back and offer pre packed salads to go. If you’re headed to the beach, they sell sunscreen and beach towels. All at a very reasonable price. Stop by and check it out for yourself!

The nicest ABC store I’ve ever been in! OMG! If you need anything from sake to fried chicken and you’re in Waikiki, go to this ABC store. I live in Waikiki, next to an ABC store(of course) and it’s average. I will be walking out of my way to this store. This ABC store boasts an amazing wine selection, almost anything you could need from a grocery store, as well as hot food items! Plus, it’s atmosphere sososo much more upscale than any other ABC store I’ve ever been to. I’m impressed!

I’ve lived in Waikiki since 2006 and a friend recently told me about a ABC store on Lewers St. She mentioned its the only ABC store in Waikiki that has plate lunches for a reasonable price. I decided to walk there today and was wonderfully surprised. I got 2 two choice bentos @ $ 9.99 each and a extra large fountain drink for $ 0.99! I couldn’t eat all my food so I shared with my brother! My husband also had leftovers. So if you are hungry and want a huge plate of food… check out this ABC store on the ground floor of Imperial Hawaii Resort!

There is billion ABC stores in Waikiki. You’ll find one in every corner or nook. I can’t help myself and walk in all of them. 7 – 11 convenience with a lot of them 24⁄7. The difference is that you can found all your souvenir needs in these shops. My advice to all tourist is to go to the Flea Market at Aloha Stadium on Wednesday or Saturday or more choices and cheaper prices. If you can’t, these shops will be all you need. Is each ABC store the same? Mostly, but I think this one could be the best one. First of all, it seems larger, therefore more selections of products. Then the food section is better with more choices and selection in the bento area. What makes this different from the others is the hot food kiosk in the back. Make sure you save your receipts; after you buy a million dollars worth of stuff, you can get a shopping bag for free.

So this trip to the ABC store was literally just for a parking validation for the Royal Hawaiian parking garage.(I’m being honest.) We got here around 10:30 and the place was packed! Not really surprising because when other places are closing, the ABC store is packed with tourists just trying to get a reasonably priced sandwich and drink after getting dropped off from the luau. For a store in Waikiki, they aren’t that expensive compared to 7 – 11 when it comes to food and drinks. This place is a great one stop shop for tourists when you think about it. Food, drinks, souvenirs? Wow! No need to waste time shopping and you can spend more time checking out all the beauty Hawaii has to offer! Customer service in this store is on point. There are people constantly stocking the shelves as fast as they can. There was a clerk making sure that the cold food was being fronted and not expired. All the cashiers were at the registers. We took our purchases up to the cashier and presented our parking ticket. Our friendly cashier informed us that we needed to have a minimum purchase of $ 10.(Our two coffee drinks were only $ 5.) We grabbed an insulated bag that was on special, and that tipped us over! Yay! I honestly don’t know if I will be back. I’m not often in Waikiki, but if I do need a validation for the Royal Hawaiian, I know where I will go to first!

Hawaii has an unbelievable number of these convenient ABC stores all around Waikiki. The times we went in, the store was always bustling with activity and they generally had exactly what we needed. They are sort of like the CVS or Walgreens stores stateside but without the pharmacy. They have all sorts of knick-knacks, cigarettes, hard liquor, beer, wine, beach stuff(t-shirts, sun tan lotion, inflatables, cover-ups, etc.), energy drinks, water, a limited selection of fresh food to go, and a small little grocery department. So pretty much anything you need while vacationing you can find here. This store on Lewers was really nice. The store was clean and well-stocked, the employees were friendly.

I saw her in the distance. Her brown skin reflected the bright lights like a star. So beautiful. I couldn’t approach her now in my disheveled state after a long day. I came back at 7am the next day after I got myself cleaned up. I approached her and after some flirtations I brought her back to my room. Her scent was of spices from the American south. As I got closer I lost myself in the delicious scent. Brown skin was textured a bit like corn meal batter. First bite was magical. Crunchy skin blended with soft flesh. Flavor was like homemade fried chicken you get in your local diner. The good diner. The one where the cook takes pride in the food and wants to create something delicious like mom use to make. I’ll be back to visit again at 7am when the fried chicken is fresh out of the fryer. :-)

Best ABC store in Waikiki. We picked up fried chicken and malasadas here for our snacks on the beach. Large selection of souvenirs, salads, and other items too.

ABC stores are ubiquitous in Honolulu! They are everywhere! And with good reason — you can buy almost everything here: Toiletries Sunscreen Water Food Beer Wine Hard Liquor Macadamia nuts in all sizes The prices are acceptable, considering that it’s a world tourist capital and in the middle of the ocean.

First of all, I LoVe LOVELOOOOOVVVVVEEEEABC stores. But this location(across the street from Embassy Suites) …they have DOLEWHIPS!!! You have to try Dole Whips while in Hawaii. We first had these yummy treats at the Dole Plantation last summer($ 6 for a little cone over there)…so to find it here for $ 3.99 for 5oz. was like hitting the jackpot lol. Then the worker was super nice(he could tell I was REALLY excited about my Dole Whip) so he grabs my bowl and fills it up some more. I just love it when workers go above and beyond! Thank you my ABC guy! Funny thing is an older couple overheard me going on and on about Dole Whips so they bought one too! You’re welcome for the referral ABC Store hahaha. Oh and they sell huge 1.5L water for .99 cents. Save your receipts cuz at $ 100 total in cumulative purchases, just bring them in and they’ll stamp it and give you a hawaiian gift. I LOVE all ABC stores! But this one especially rocks!!!

These stores are very expensive. They are probably between 2 – 3 times the price compared to items you can purchase at Foodland. Don’t be caught in this tourist trap. Find a Foodland!

Out of all of the bazillion ABC stores on Waikiki, this was the one we frequented the most: + Great location to all of the nearby hotels(that’s 1 – 2 blocks away from beach access) + opens early(6:30am) and closes late(1:30am) + large store with lots of various merchandise, produce, deli/hot foods, alcohol and beach necessities + There’s also an ATM located inside(with a $ 2 surcharge). When we needed something, this ABC store had it. All in all great place to shop and/or browse. P. S. If you spend $ 100, you’re eligible to win a free prize item:(1) reusable tote(2) mug or(3) calendar … so save all of your receipts! They definitely add up!

This is the known ABC Store that sells everything a tourist or local resident would come to for snacks, souvenirs, drinks, etc. I definitely came to this store more than ten times during my trip in Waikiki and it’s right across from Embassy Suites. The fresh papaya I bought from the deli which was ready to eat was very fresh and sweet — it’s a reasonable price since you can’t get any fresh fruit for cheap around Waikiki unless you drive to a farmers market.

This smallish ABC store has a TON packed into it. We are at the Marriott Waikiki across the street and it is perfect to pop into and grab what we need. Always clean and organzied, this particular location has friendly employees and awesome customer service!

This ABC Store location is an ESPECIALLY large one with a huge selection of foods, snacks, knick knacks, clothes, souvenirs, and freshly made deli sandwiches and even pizza! While there literally seems to be an ABC almost on every block in central Waikiki, this one stood out as one that beckons you to browse just for the heck of it! (P.S. There are TWOABC Stores on Lewers Street practically across the street from each other. This big location is toward the end of the block near the Denny’s.)

If you’re going to Hawaii for your vay-cay, chances are you will go to one of the dozens of ABC stores in Waikiki. This location was closest to the hotel my fiancé and I stayed out for our vacation. ABC store is like your mainland 7 – 11, but it has more. All your tourist/souvenir/bribe goods are included at amazingly reasonable prices. I binged at the mini makeup counter for brands I can’t get at home(mainly Island Girl). They also have macadamia nut popcorn in stock, a request from my sister that I had to fulfill upon pain of death. This particular location isn’t as huge as other ABC stores in the area. However it is neatly stocked and you are ringed up very quickly. There are also bus stops just outside so you can grab a snack or a drink before going off to Ala Moana or another bus trip destination. 1 item or 100 items to purchase they all seem to get scanned and bagged quickly.

This ABC is located in the Imperial Resort on Lewers. It just went under major renovations. It took over the space formerly know as the Cellar or Jazz Cellar(for you older folk). Along with your normal sundry items and touristy stuff, they now have a deli that sell sandwiches. They also have hot items, such as fried chicken, burgers, bentos and hot dogs. Its expensive, but what isn’t in Waikiki. Seems like one of the biggest and best ABCs in Waikiki.
