I’m not a big fan of writing reviews but I have to commend the job these guys did. The level of communication was superb in terms of making me feel comfortable, they laid everything out in a way I understood. I visited two other offices and I was not at all confident in the process compared to them. Highly recommended

I can’t say enough great things about my experience here so instead, I’ll give a short walk through of the entire thing!
You walk through the door and are greeted by two smiling faces Holly Dolan and Rick Abelmann. One of them will have you begin to fill out some pretty standard forms and then inquire you of your comfort level (offer coffee/​water sort of thing). Both attorney’s Chris Rollins (mine) and Ablemann Rollins take privacy very seriously and I noticed when I sat down to make myself comfortable, they both shut their doors. This may not seem like much but bankruptcy for some people (not me) is a big deal and very embarrassing. Point is, your private information stay’s that way, PRIVATE!
Next, I’m greeted by Chris Rollins who has a firm but not crushing handshake (I prefer crushing myself but that’s beside the point). The thing I noticed about Chris is that he ask’s questions. Again, this may not seem like a thing but shop around for services long enough and you’ll get the feeling that everyone out there is trying to sell you something. Not these guys. I go over my particular situation and Chris uses plain language (instead of confusing lawyer jargon) to lay out my options. He was 100% transparent about what the work would have consisted and gave an honest to goodness opinion on what I should next. I took his advice and he’s been nothing but helpful since!
The meeting is wrapped up and I leave but not before waving good bye to the two ladies. Chris said to me before I left to contact him if I needed any help whatsoever and lived up to his word (which is super important to me!) Now all my paperwork is finished and all that is needed now is to have them submitted. All of this happened in a couple meeting. There is nothing quite like results to prove ones worth! These folks here are worth it 100%. You risk too much by going anywhere else, you’ve been warned. Do your bankruptcy case with this firm!

Extremely pleased with this law firm! Chris was so helpful and made everything so easy. Originally I had gone to some free classes to try to do my bankruptcy paperwork on my own… Don’t try it! A lot less stress and everyone was so nice here. Chris and the secretary Brenda were always there if I had any questions and often called me to keep me on time with things I needed to finish up.
Overall super friendly, professional and most of all put my fears at ease. Thank you guys!!!

They are WONDERFUL!!! We can’t express in words how thankful we are to all of them for everything they all have done. They always keep you updated and every update provided we received has always been such great news to us and drops my parents shoulders to relief every time.
My entire life I watched my parents help others and I was certain they will have it back in return but been pleading for help and relief for many years instead. Good things come to those who wait? Yes, most definitely! Rick and Chris have been such a blessing to them, so much that they can actually breathe again, smile & laugh again, start to enjoy retirement!!! Abelmann Law handled my bankruptcy last year, and they took care of everything! I was very scared and nervous of the process and they made everything quick and simple. They helped me fill out all the paperwork and was always available via phone and email with any questions.

I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Backed into a corner with no other options. By doing some research online I came across the website for Abelmann and Rollins — I loved what I read and made a call. Holly, bless her heart, listened to my situation and got me an appointment to see Chris the very next day; putting my mind at ease until that time. Reminding me it was a FREE consultation — even sending me an email with all the info I might need.
