Bruce was introduced to real estate in his mid 20s from a business partner, who invested in real estate to provide a better life for him and family. I have been very intrigued with the many different facets of real estate after purchasing my first home at the tender age of 27 and becoming a real estate investor with my first rental at the age of 29, and now owning investment property in Texas and Hawaii.

Bruce’s philosophy is to assist and educates clients with the most up-​to-​date and comprehensive information so they can make the best and most informed decision.
