Beware, this is a horrible property management company to represent you as a managing agent. Make sure you inspect and take pictures of your house or apartment unit condition prior to agreeing to a contract. They will deny damages to your unit. They know it will be difficult to go after them for cost to do repairs. They are also very slow with repairing broken items or would have the item repaired using poor quality workmanship that has to be redone.
