Chapel Hats

This is my first time to look for a hat and I am glad that I found a good hat and the sales floor person picked a good recommendation of the hat that he picked. Thank you for your assistance in picking out the hat for me and now I have a hat and I can be good looking and safe from the sun harmful rays and I felt that I can enjoy the hat that I liked. I am glad that I wanted to look around before choosing and settling in on the purchase. And the good thing is that they do offer a 10% discount for the kamaainas that live in Hawaii and I scored because I was in need of a brand new hat and I the one I really liked. I do want to thank you for helping me pick a very good hat that I can really use and make sure that I have a great hat to wear in upcoming summer months as well as to be stylish too whenever I go out and about to go out too! Love my equadorian hat… and it covers everything! The guy that helped me was a patient and very kind as I know I was going back and forth and back and forth trying to decide what to get. I love it. love it. love it. Its cool and it shades and its worth it.

LIke most typical hat stores, there is a large variety of hats to cover your coconut. Remember, because you are closer to the equator, the sun is stronger and you will burn faster. So, if you forgot your hat, come here. Get something that’s not a baseball cap for once.

So I am not a hat person. I have a huge head which makes me self conscious that a hat will make it look even larger. Also when I wear hats, I look so fobish and touristy!
However, I’ve always wanted a Panama hat and my dermatologist is recommending I wear a hat more when I’m in the sun to protect my skin.
This place has all kinds of hats and sizes. The one downfall is that they are expensive… a lot of hats over $ 100. Whaaaat?! Oh they do give kamaaina (resident) discount as well. I found a hat I liked, however they didn’t have my size and it was over $ 100. Luckily there was no third strike or I would have just walked out of the store. The salesgirl said they had a size smaller in their Waikiki store and they would have it transferred and call me. I said sure, thinking that they won’t call or transfer since I’ve experienced a lot of stores who say they will and haven’t.
I thanked the salesgirl and left. An hour later, Jessica called and said she got the hat for me and it’s at the Ala Moana store! I left the mall and couldn’t get back there for a few days. Jessica said they’d hold it for me, no problem.
About 5 days later, I went and they had it. The bad thing is that the hat was still too large. I needed another size smaller! Waikiki had the smaller size. Jessica was so sweet she said she would get me the hat again. I apologized to her and she was so nice and said its no problem. She wanted me to get what I want and have it fit properly. This is what I call customer service and going above and beyond. Jessica, you are the reason I bought such an expensive hat. Thank you!
A day later (today), the hat was there. This hat fit me and came home with me.

A new hat show on the lower floor of the under construction area of Ala Moana. They have pretty cool hats especially for our up coming derby themed shindig this weekend and they are smash-​able, therefore very pack friendly.
I wasn’t sure what hat would go best so I purchased 3 different ones and after «the one» was chosen I returned the 2 others (which I cleared with the shop prior to purchase).
Staff is helpful and you will find your non ordinary hats there!
