Groom N Go

This business is still opened… SHOCKING!!! I’m not surprised that it only gets 1 star overall, but I AM surprised that it’s not partially because of the rudeness and bad attitude of the groomer (I believe he’s also the owner). I dealt with him a few years back… he was extremely rude. If the owner has changed since 2007, then maybe the attitude is good but the services are bad (as the other reviews have stated). Either way… a definite no go!

This guy actually KILLED my dog and then got nasty about it when i turned him in for it for animal cruelty. I dropped my dog off in the morning for a grooming, apparently the place had no air conditioning. He groomed my dog at the end of the day and put her in a hairdryer, she appently passes out from the heat and he didnt notice. He originally offered to buy me a new dog but then when he found out I turned him in he renigged even on doing that. Appently he talked to the same lawyer I did who told me that a dog is property so that is all I would get back is replacement value from the court, and the court cost would be more in lawyers fees then the replacement cost. So when he know that he told me to take him to court if I wanted anything. I would never ever use this groomer.

I totally agree with Kawika! My little man came back bleeding not only from toes but he nicked his skin during the cut as well.

Groom N Go, I think not. This place should be called «Speed N Bleed». The last time my little one came home from this joint, all ten paws were bleeding. It was a good thing that it was my wife that picked him up and not me! I would never let this man around my dog again. Mean and nasty!
