Fresh & Healthy Lunches & Dinners
We make sure that we are only using the best and Freshest ingredients in our salads, sauces and dressings.
We try to buy all our produce locally to support our local farms and economy. Our Ahi Tuna is Fresh. Our Chicken Breast is Fresh and hormone and steroid free. Our Beef is Certified Angus Beef and our tofu is Fresh made Locally. We try to buy everything fresh not frozen to offer the best to our guests. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, our plates and straws are made out of sugarcane. Our Salad containers, Acai cups, Portion Cups are made from corn. Our cold cups are made from paper. Our forks, Knives and Spoons are made from potato! Our napkins are made from recycled materials. Our tables we recycled from another restaurant. Any excess oil or grease that is generated is recycled by Cleanway Systems and made in to bio-fuels.
History
Established in 2011.
Previously running other restaurant concepts we were looking for a healthier alternative that promoted awareness of ingredients and goodness.

Allen F.
Business Owner
Allen Farinas, his wife Mayu and son Bradley, Started GRYLT in June of 2011. They plan to open up more around the island including Waikiki, Ala Moana Center and possible a windard location. They are also planning to move to the mainland to share their healthy concept with the rest of the nation!
